Very picturesquely located house in the Kashubian Landscape Park, in Nowa Huta, about 50 km from Gdansk, 60 km from Leba, 15 km from Sierakowice. The house is located on a huge 1ha plot, of which 3000m2 is fenced with a rancho type fence. On the plot there is a second house for rent, fenced off with a hedge and located so that the privacy of the stay is assured. The plot, terrace and windows offer a beautiful panoramic view of the area and the hills of Kashubian Switzerland. In the fenced area, for common use, there is a place for a bonfire, a playground with swings, a slide and a mini rock can also park cars there. Nearby are forests, and in them forest lakes covered by a strict reserve - you can not swim or fish. To the nearest lake with a bathing area is approx. 5km - in Strzepcz. There is a communal guarded bathing area with a pier and with a gentle, sandy entrance convenient for children. In Mirachowo, 3km from the cottage, there is a trout farm. To the rental price should be added service charges / for utilities / additional charges (1kWh -1,2zł) are included in the protocol of transfer and acceptance, will be settled from the deposit after the end of the lease. During the holiday season we invite only for 7-day stays from Saturday to Saturday.
