Description
A very picturesque cottage located in the Kashubian Landscape Park, in the village of Nowa Huta, about 50 km from Gdańsk, 60 km from Łeba, and 15 km from Sierakowice. The house is situated on a huge 1ha plot, of which 3000m2 is fenced with a ranch-style fence. On the property, there is a second house intended for rent, separated by a hedge and positioned to ensure privacy during the stay. From the plot, terrace, and windows, there is a beautiful panorama of the surrounding area and the hills of Kashubian Switzerland. In the fenced area, for shared use, there is a place for a bonfire, a playground with swings, a slide, and a mini climbing wall, where cars can also be parked. Nearby, there are forests, and within them, forest lakes that are part of a strict reserve – swimming and fishing are not allowed. The nearest lake with a swimming area is about 5 km away – in Strzepcz. There is a municipal swimming area with lifeguards, a pier, and a gentle, sandy entrance suitable for children. In Mirachowo, 3 km from the cottage, there is a trout farm. The rental price should include utility/media/additional fees (1kWh - 1.5zł) which are included in the handover protocol and will be settled from the deposit after the rental period. During the holiday season, we invite you only for 7-day stays from Saturday to Saturday.
