Note: During the high season (June 27 - August 29, only Saturday to Saturday bookings). The house in Marcinowa Wola is the perfect place for a getaway by the Masurian lake, with access to a private shoreline. Located in a quiet, agricultural village, it offers proximity to nature and space for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle. The spacious interiors provide a comfortable stay for eight people. On the ground floor, there is an open living area – a living room with a large sofa, television, and armchair, a dining area with a large table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island. Next to it is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a common area with foosball, and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. From the ground floor, you can step out onto a spacious terrace overlooking the lake, where two tables with benches are set up, providing a comfortable place for shared meals outdoors. On the property, there is a designated fire pit area. The plot is unfenced, allowing for complete immersion in the natural landscape. Guests have access to a kayak. The area also offers many other opportunities for active recreation – picturesque walking and running trails around Lake Buwełno, as well as the Masurian Bicycle Loop that runs through the village. In a nearby guesthouse, you can enjoy home-cooked meals, and a highly regarded restaurant, Stara Kuźnia, is located two kilometers away. The house is rented exclusively, and during the holiday season, there is a minimum stay requirement of one week. This place is designed for peaceful relaxation, in harmony with the Masurian nature. We welcome guests without pets. A deposit of 1500 PLN is required, to be paid no later than on the day of arrival. In case of bookings shorter than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of 500 PLN applies.
