The house in Marcinowa Wola is an ideal place to relax on a Masurian lake, with access to a private shoreline. Located in a quiet agricultural village, it offers proximity to nature and space to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The spacious interiors provide a comfortable stay for eight people. On the first floor there is an open living area - a living room with a large sofa, TV and armchair, a dining room with a spacious table and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island. Next to it is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a common space with a foosball table, and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. From the first floor you can access a spacious terrace overlooking the lake, where two tables with benches have been set up, providing a comfortable place for outdoor meals together. There is a designated fireplace on the property. The plot is unfenced, allowing you to fully blend into the natural landscape. A canoe is available for guests' use. The surrounding area also offers many other opportunities for active recreation - picturesque walking and running trails around Lake Buwełno, as well as the Mazurian Bicycle Loop, which runs through the village. The nearby guesthouse offers home-cooked meals, and two kilometers away is the highly regarded Old Forge restaurant. The house is rented on an exclusive basis, with a minimum stay of a week during the holiday season. This is a place created for a peaceful vacation, in harmony with the Masurian nature. You are welcome without pets. In high season only Saturday-Saturday reservations. Deposit 1500 zl collected no later than the day of arrival. For reservations of less than 7 days, additional cleaning fee of 500 zl.
