We created this place with people in mind who do not want to compromise during their vacation. It should be beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, and intimate. Private space just for you The house is situated on a **15-are fully fenced and landscaped plot**, ensuring privacy and freedom to relax. Private wellness under the stars In the garden, a **year-round heated jacuzzi** awaits you. Imagine evening relaxation in warm, steaming water, surrounded by the silence of Masuria and stars. Gazebo with a fire pit A cozy gazebo surrounded by rhododendrons is the perfect place for evening relaxation by the fire, conversations, and long evenings outdoors. Glass patio – garden lounge A unique, completely glazed terrace with a sliding system allows you to enjoy the closeness of nature regardless of the weather. Grill pergola The covered grilling area is the perfect place for shared meals and evening gatherings – in comfortable conditions and away from prying eyes. Interior of the house The house has **156 m²** and is comfortably suitable for both a family vacation and a trip with friends. It is also a great place for a romantic weekend for two, a peaceful family getaway, or time spent with friends. 3 spacious bedrooms Bedroom 1 * large double bed, * wardrobe, * desk, * comfortable reading or movie-watching chair. Bedroom 3 * two double, fold-out beds. 2 modern bathrooms Guests have access to two bathrooms with showers – one on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. This way, even a larger group can comfortably start the day without morning queues. The heart of the house – spacious living room with kitchen A large, bright living room is connected to a comfortable kitchenette, equipped with everything needed to prepare shared meals. This is a place for long conversations, board games, family breakfasts, and evenings spent together. A place for the youngest Children will find their own space to play here: * swing, * trampoline, * goals for playing soccer, * travel cot. Thanks to the fenced plot, children can freely enjoy the garden, while parents can relax more peacefully. Garbaty Masuria – nature at your fingertips The house is located in the Garbaty Masuria – a region famous for its picturesque hills, lakes, forests, and clean air. It is a great base for both those looking for active recreation and those who simply want to slow down. In the area, you can find: * water sports and sailing, * lakes and trails of the Great Masurian Lakes, * cycling routes, * forest hiking trails, * in winter skiing and sledding at nearby resorts, * in summer attractions such as safari zoo or tubing. Bicycles for our guests We provide 4 bicycles of various sizes on-site, suitable for adults and children aged around 5–8 years. Additionally, a child bike seat is available. If you feel like exploring the area on two wheels, you can set off directly from the property. Privacy and security The entire property is fenced and equipped with a modern alarm system and monitoring. We care about the privacy of our guests, so the area is designated exclusively for those staying under the reservation made. Important: there are external cameras on the property and one camera inside, in the common area. Convenient access Access to the house is comfortable – it leads along an asphalt road and a short section of a hardened road. Who is this place for? The house is ideal for 6 people, while the maximum number of guests is 9. ## Booking information The price of the stay depends on the season and the length of the reservation – details will be gladly provided in a private message. A refundable deposit is required upon booking. Important information regarding the stay * Only persons registered during the reservation process may stay in the house. * The number of guests may not exceed the number indicated in the reservation confirmation. * Accepting persons outside the registered group requires prior consent from the Host. * Standard reservations do not allow for organizing parties, events, or other gatherings, including family meetings, birthdays, bachelorette and bachelor parties. * In exceptional cases, we may agree to organize such an event after prior arrangement.
