The house with an area of 120 m2 is located by a quiet and peaceful lake in the Dobrzyń Lake District, just 8 m from the shoreline on a plot of 1 ha. It is the only house on the property, away from human settlements and neighbors. The shoreline of the property is over 200 m long. The entire plot is fenced. Guests have access to a private legal pier with an administrative decision. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a large double bed, plus 2 sofas in the living room and 3 single mattresses in the usable attic. On the ground floor, there is a large bathroom with a shower, and on the first floor, there is a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and induction cooker. Guests can enjoy a Jacuzzi with electronically controlled water massage. Instructions for using the Jacuzzi are available on-site. There is access to a terrace with a view of the lake from the ground floor bedroom and the living room. The terrace is partially covered. The heating is electric underfloor heating. In the living room, there is a wood stove. Firewood is included in the price. Electricity is charged additionally based on the meter readings (1.25 PLN/KWH). The property is monitored by SOLID. Wi-Fi and a television are available in the living room. The entire plot is fenced, and we allow pets. We kindly thank those wishing to rent the house for loud parties in advance. The stated rental price is per day for the entire house. 1600 PLN on weekends and holidays. 1300 PLN during the week, with a minimum rental period of 5 days in the summer.
