The "Three Brothers" house is located in the Golden Mountains (Klodzko Basin), in the picturesque village of Wojtówka near Ladek-Zdroj. The house was built by highlanders from Podhale, but with a Sudetenland style. Our idea was to make some of the elements, such as doors, furniture, flooring, from recycled materials - basement doors, furniture in the living room, billiard room and bathrooms designed and handmade by the world-famous company "Regalia Polska Manufaktura" from over 100-year-old wood from the demolition of old Masurian cottages, and the floor in some rooms made from old brick. All this creates a unique atmosphere. The house "Three Brothers" with a total area of over 200 m2 is designed for comfortable rest of max 8 people (there is a possibility of adding 1 travel crib for small children in the rental price). On the first floor there is a common sitting area with fireplace and TV, bathroom, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, cutlery, etc.) On the first floor are distributed 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with two single beds) and a bathroom. The entire attic is occupied by a bedroom with 1 double bed, but a mattress can be unfolded upon request. Entrance to the attic via an attic staircase. The house is equipped with free WiFi (works best on the first floor). In the basement at the disposal of guests a billiard room and a utility room with a washing machine and an additional large refrigerator. From the first floor there is access to a partially covered huge terrace with a solid wood table and chairs for 10 people, and 2 deck chairs, where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful surrounding views. Outside, we provide a place for barbecue and campfire (sausage sticks, wood for fireplace and campfire included in the rental price). Parking spaces - free of charge. In the house there is no mobile network coverage, contact possible via WhatsApp. For the duration of the stay we charge a deposit of 500 PLN. The house is located near the hiking trail and bicycle singletrack "Orlovac loop" and is an ideal base for organizing trips to the mountains. Hiking, biking, ski resorts, sightseeing, spas, beachcombing - there is something for everyone in our mountains both in summer and winter. We encourage guests to visit the nearby Czech Republic, especially the region of Dolni Morava with a huge number of attractions (such as the Path in the Clouds, the longest suspension bridge in the world "Sky Bridge 721", a toboggan run of 3 km!) In our area we can recommend to you: Nature: Borówkowa Mountain, Lądeckie Rocks, Trojak Mountain, Radochowska Cave, Bear Cave, Biała Lądecka Valley, Sniezna Białka Forest, Wilczka waterfall in Międzygórze, Śnieżnik Massif. Ski resorts: Czarna Góra ski resort, Lądek-Zdrój ski station, Bielice ski station, Kamienica ski station. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts are invited to Bielice, where 68 km of trails have been prepared along the Biała Lądecka River. Architecture and monuments: Ladek-Zdroj (part of the spa and the old market square, mountain villages - Wójtówka, Wrzosówka, Lutynia, Orłowiec, Radochów, gold mine Zloty Stok, the palace of Marianna of Orange in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki, the fortress and the Underground Tourist Route in Klodzko, the ruins of the castle Karpień, the Sanctuary of Maria Śnieżna, monuments in Międzygórze. In the summer, we recommend you to spend your free time on the Biala Ladecka River or the Stara Morawa Reservoir. Cycling enthusiasts are encouraged to try their hand at the "Orloviec Loop".
