Urszulove is a new cottage in Urszulewo, about 400 meters from the lake on a plot of 1200m2 on 2 sides surrounded by forest. One-story wooden cottage with an area of 56m2 where you can feel the closeness with nature. On the first floor living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, on the first floor two independent bedrooms (10 and 16m2). In the smaller bedroom a double bed with a width of 160cm, in the larger bedroom a single bed and a double bed. In addition, I have a comfortable mattress with a thickness of 16cm (foam - not inflated, calmly a person weighing 100kg on it will sleep comfortably) and possibly there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa in the living room (here the width of about 70cm). The cottage is insulated, heated with air conditioning, but if necessary there is an electric heater in each bedroom. There is Wi-Fi, but you have to take into account that we are in the countryside, where it is several km to the nearest gsm antenna. There is a strong external antenna connected, which mostly allows 10-20 MB/s downloading - which is enough for operating HBOMAX on 2 devices at the same time, or casual web browsing. In the living room, a TV set along with HBO. The plot has 1200m2, it is fenced. There is a wood-fired hot tub on it - I leave a supply of fuel to heat the water in the hot tub and a brief instruction. The cottage has a terrace of 25m2, it is a nice option to sit in the living room, and on the terrace, for example, made a barbecue - also in winter! In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, fat-free fryer, microwave, dishes, cutlery, spices, etc. etc. Terms: I prefer unattended check-in through the key in the storage room. The cottage was built for us, so the rental is just an add-on, hence 2-3 closets are locked because they contain private belongings. There is no such thing as a check-in or check-out time, that is, if you plan to arrive in the morning/midday then there is no problem, in the same way the departure can be in the evening (we do it ourselves so that the children spend the whole day on the plot until 19-20, then they go to the shower, we dress them in pajamas and so they fall asleep in the car, and only are transferred from the garage to the apartment). Of course, everything is included in the price, there are no surcharges for service, bales, wood or electricity. There is only one surcharge - it is a fee for pets: 100 PLN for the whole stay no matter how many days and how many pets there will be. As for the price: due to the fact that we ourselves are far from the plot, I prefer a longer rental-minimum 2 nights, and the longer the price per night decreases, I will gladly agree to an option like 3 nights + the fourth free, etc. Required refundable deposit of 500 PLN - settled immediately if I can be at "check out" or within 5 days if without me. I accept payment by bank transfer/cash/Blick and bitcoin'e. IMPORTANT: The house is freshly finished and ready, but the outdoor area is not yet fully completed. The Jacuzzi is working, of course, there is a walkway between the house and the loggia, but the area is not yet fully leveled, etc. I am writing this in advance so that there is no disappointment on the site. In no way does this prevent you from having a fun time with your family/friends.
