At your exclusive disposal is a year-round house in the woods on a large plot of 5000m2 hidden between the trees on Lake Urszulewskie. On the first floor of the building there is: - a large covered terrace with a table and chairs for 10-14 people, - place for barbecue, - jacuzzi overlooking the garden, - exit to the garden with a pond and a pier. Inside the house on the first floor are: - two bathrooms (1 with bathtub and 1 with shower), washing machine, - cozy living room, - tV (Cyfra + decoder), Denon speaker, - comfortable sofas and folding armchairs, - fireplace, - dining room, - table for 10-12 people, - fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric-gas stove, oven, kettle, set of plates, cutlery set, pots, pouring coffee maker, pans, cups, glasses, bowls, cloths, etc.). On the first floor of the building are: - 4 bedrooms, - 4 double and 2 single beds, 4 single folding chairs, - clean bedding, - towels. For the use of guests are also: - hammocks, - deck chairs, - tennis and badminton equipment, - chess, cards, games, puzzles and games for adults and children, - mini library, - internet, - sUP - paddle board (for an additional fee). On the property there is: - tennis court, - pond with a pier. The plot is located on the beautiful Lake Urszulewskie, literally a few steps from the beach with a pier and swimming area. Nearby there are water equipment rentals with canoes, pedal boats, boats. Surrounded by beautiful forests of Skrwilno Forest District, where you can pick mushrooms and berries, observe wild animals and birds. This is a great place for walking, Nordic walking, cycling, and in winter, cross-country skiing. Villa in Urszulewo is a perfect place for: - families with children - 5000 m2 of fenced area, where your kids can safely play hide-and-seek between the numerous trees and bushes, try their hand at tennis, learn to fish and get to know more about the beautiful nature. And just behind the fence on the lake is a playground, a few minutes walk away is a volleyball court, an outdoor gym, a dozen minutes walk along the lake water equipment rental - kayaks, pedal boats, sailboats and scooters. - groups of friends - an ideal place to organize birthdays or team building trips. - nature lovers - you can quietly observe many species of plants, birds and animals. At any time of the year there is something unusual going on here.... concerts of birds and frogs in the summer will certainly make your stay more pleasant :) - anglers - you can fish from a pier on the lake or from a pontoon or boat, the Urszulewskie Lake is rich in various types of fish, including carp, bream, roach, perch, tench and pike. - mushroom pickers - in the forests that stretch around our area you can pick many species of mushrooms, including chanterelles, bay boletes, goats, buttermilks, lynx, cannas, ceps, and throughout the summer in the woods you will find plenty of blueberries, forest raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. - artists - painters, writers, poets, it's a wonderful place full of inspiration. - astronomy and shooting star enthusiasts - a place away from the city lights and full of stars in the middle of the night. - amateurs of hiking and cycling - the beautiful wild forests of the Skrwilno and Urszulewo forest districts located by the lake, rarely used by cars roads in the forest and around the lake. - walruses- perfect shallow descent to the lake, a pier and a place for a bonfire, and all who want to relax in peace and quiet on a beautiful lake. In winter you are welcome to go cross-country skiing and skating on the frozen lake. In summer it's a great base for berry picking, in autumn for mushroom picking. On-site cleaning fee - 400 zl + deposit - 1500 zl Wood for the fireplace is available on site at a cost of 60 zl - a bag of several kg. Wood for a bonfire - free of charge, we are in the woods also certainly will gather something :) Coal for the grill + kindling - on your own. The court is available during the day - from dawn to dusk :) Dogs and other pets are also welcome, an additional one-time fee of 150 PLN for the entire stay applies.
