Description
The road among the trees and meadows slowly sets the mood, and after a while the sign "Dluzec" appears, just after the turn on the left in the rural neighborhood you will see our cottage and the lake in the background. We have for you an atmospheric house of 180 m2, built of stone and logs, which accommodates up to 12 people. The house is located just 30 m from the shoreline of the lake and has its own descent with a pier - it is beautiful and idyllic! In summer you can experience a morning here with steaming coffee and a postcard-like view, then jump into the lake, lounging and nightly possessions by the barbecue. In autumn you light the fireplace and, wrapped in blankets, play board games. Then a hop to the hot tub and time for luxurious relaxation combined with a game of billiards in the room with a fireplace. You will be at ease, comfortable and cozy here. We have tested the cottage on our own family and can vouch that it's the perfect place for the family and best friends (PSYfriends will be accommodated too!). At your disposal are: - 4 bedrooms (in which there are 3 double beds and 4 single beds + additionally a travel crib for the little ones), - a spacious living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, combined with a mini dining room and a seating area (TV, wi-fi, board games), - a large terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue, overlooking the lake directly, - well-equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, full tableware, etc.), - sPA area- 8-person Jacuzzi, sauna, billiards, deck chairs and fireplace, - covered barbecue shed with grill for feasting, - private pier with bench and ladder, - rowboat and canoe (we recommend going on the picturesque Krutynia trail!), - a 3-level playground for children with a house, slides, sandbox, swing and climbing wall. What to do in the area? - Canoeing-You can go by yourself in a canoe available to you at the pier and see a substitute of the most beautiful canoeing routes, or take advantage of organized canoeing on the Krutynia River on the section Bieńki (Dłużec)- Spychowo (route 24 km, about 6-7 hours of canoeing), - Horseback riding - in our village there is the Hirlandia stud farm, which offers horseback riding in beautiful terrain: among fields, lakes and forests, carriage rides, and in winter sleigh rides with a bonfire (950 m from us). Also worth a visit is the iconic Ferenstein Horse Stables in Galkowo (22 km), - Bicycles- scenic bike trails encourage outdoor activities. If you haven't taken your bikes with you, you can rent them in Piecki (7.3 km), - Tropikana Water Park at the Golebiewski Hotel in Mikolajki, - Park of Wild Animals in Kadzidlowo, - Mrongoville- a western town (17.5 km), - Wolf's Lair- a town of bunkers surrounded by forest, lakes and marshes, the largest and most recognizable command headquarters of Adolf Hitler (50 km), - Gizycko-you will see here the Boyen Fortress, the largest monument in Masuria, the Teutonic Castle, the Water Tower, the Rotary Bridge on the Gizycko Canal, as well as a large harbor. There is also no shortage of attractions such as a water park or rope park. There is something for everyone! (57 km), - Mazurolandia- a park of attractions where fun is combined with learning about the monuments, culture and history of the Warmian-Masurian region (50 km), - Konstanty Ildefons Galczynski Museum (35 km). Fans of vacations in a larger group, blissful rest in the vicinity of nature and truly idyllic climate - welcome!
