For many years we have traveled with our friends to houses for larger groups and observed the pros and cons of such places. At some point, the idea was born to use our experience and build a house ideal for groups of 8-13 people. We set ourselves 5 most important points that our investment must meet: 1. We dreamed of our own shoreline with a gentle entrance to a clean lake. 2. We wanted to provide such attractions so that we wouldn't be bored in the capricious Polish weather and use the potential of winter. 3. With the experience of other places, we wanted to create spaces for the whole group, and richly furnish the house with important household appliances. 4. We wanted a quick commute to the plot from our place of residence (Warsaw). 5. Proximity to a larger city for shopping or going to restaurants was important to us. After many months of searching, we managed to find the perfect plot that met all these criteria: 1. From the terrace line we have only 50 steps to the water. The lake is clean, we have our own sandy beach with a gentle entrance. 2. We created a spa area with a salt wall, a large Jacuzzi for 7 people and a sauna for 12 people. All with a beautiful view of the lake. There are also other attractions such as a wood fireplace, darts, SUPs and the possibility of walruses. 3. There's a massive ash table in the dining room, a large sofa with a 65-inch TV in the living room, a spacious sauna in the spa, and two loft tables on the terrace. All of these spaces will accommodate the whole group. In addition, the house has two dishwashers, two very large refrigerators, an efficient ice cube maker and a coffee maker. 4. We manage to get from Warsaw to the plot in 2.5 hours. 5. We have only 15 minutes to Mrągowo from the house. We managed to finish our dream house in July 2023. It is designed for groups and families up to 13 people. On the first floor we have 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and controlled heating. Bedroom 1 - with a balcony and a beautiful view of the lake. Double bed 180 cm, Bedroom #2 - also with balcony and view. Double bed 200 cm, Bedroom No. 3 - Three single beds with the option of combining two of them, Bedroom No. 4 - Two single beds with the option of combining them, Bedroom No. 5 - Two single beds with the option of combining them, Bedroom No. 6 - Two single beds with the option of combining them. For the comfort of all members of the household, we have made the ceiling and staircase very quiet, so that those who prefer to go to bed a little earlier will not be disturbed by those who like to sit longer with wine. The first floor is a large space with a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and fireplace. A glass door leads to the spa area with a separate area for a shower and toilet. We also have a utility room with a washer-dryer. A 30 m2 terrace with a barbecue will be perfect for long evenings. In the garden there is a place for a bonfire. Our plot is located by the most popular canoeing trip in Poland - Krutynia. So you can start your canoeing trip and make a stop for dinner at home. For the active, we also offer bicycle rental from a company that will bring and take the unicycles. We cooperate with two restaurants in Mragowo which will bring food to you - dinner dishes or pizza. There are many hiking and biking trails through forests and fields in the area. In Mragowo there are many restaurants, stores, the Lemur Rope Park for children and adults or the museum of military equipment.
