The Domek na Ubocy is a mountain retreat where you can escape from the daily hustle and bustle amidst green meadows and forests. The cabin is located on a hill, away from other buildings, with picturesque views where silence and tranquility will be your companions throughout your stay. There are no other buildings in the immediate vicinity. On a very large area, there are only 2 cabins - "Domek na Ubocy" and our new property "Małe Miejsce" next to the forest (the distance between the cabins is up to 100 m). Our cabin is the perfect place for a getaway with a group of friends or family with children. It is also a great spot for a romantic stay for two, where enjoying coffee and conversations on the large terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains will provide you with true relaxation. The cabin has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a chair that can be unfolded, a desk, a lamp, and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a chair, and access to the mezzanine (a mattress 140x200 for 1 adult or 2 larger children). Additionally, 2 people can sleep in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite dishes. However, if you want to take a break from culinary "voyages", there are a few nice dining spots in Biały Dunajec where you can eat on-site or order takeout. One child under 3 years old is not included in the total number of guests. We will prepare amenities for the little one free of charge upon prior arrangement (travel cot, bathtub, high chair). Next to the cabin, there is a playground, a grill, a bonfire area, and a SPA area - a large Finnish sauna that is perfect after mountain hikes and a large jacuzzi 225 cm. In the off-season from March to mid-June and from October to November, you can rent the cabin without the jacuzzi. If you want the jacuzzi, there is an additional fee of 150 PLN for each day of stay (payable in cash on-site). Long weekends (e.g., May holidays, Corpus Christi), vacations, Easter, etc. only allow stays with the jacuzzi (jacuzzi included in the price). Water replacement and cleaning in the jacuzzi costs 250 PLN. The sauna is additionally charged - each started session costs 130 PLN for the first hour, and each subsequent hour costs 40 PLN. The price of 170 PLN mentioned in the announcement refers to a 2-hour session. Towel and bedding replacement costs 30 PLN. For those without a vehicle, we have good news that bus stops and a train station are located nearby. On the day of arrival, a deposit of 500-1000 PLN may be collected, payable in cash on-site. The deposit is refunded after checking the cabin and confirming that there are no irregularities. We agree to organize birthdays and bachelorette parties upon prior arrangement (except for bachelor parties and "18" birthdays). We do not accept groups of friends whose age does not exceed 20 years. We accept an adult, well-behaved small dog/cat. We do not allow leaving the pet alone in the house (only in a specially designated cage for pets). Please keep the area tidy after your dog/cat on the premises. There is a fee for staying with a pet (100 PLN for the stay). We warmly invite you! REGULATIONS OF THE "DOMEK NA UBOCY" Dear guests, we are very pleased to welcome you to our "Domek na Ubocy". We do our utmost to ensure that your stay with us is the best possible in every respect ;) Here are a few simple rules that apply in our facility: 1. The stay in the facility starts on the day of arrival at 15:00 and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. There is a possibility to leave your luggage after prior arrangement with the owner. 2. The remaining payment for the stay should be settled on the day of arrival. Payment method: cash. 3. Not utilizing the entire stay due to a later arrival or earlier departure than specified in the reservation does not result in a reduction of payment for the service. 4. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure if no damages or destruction are found. 5. Any noticed defects in the facility should be reported on the day of arrival after check-in, as guests are materially responsible for any damage and destruction of the equipment. 6. We do not take responsibility for items left unsecured on the premises. The fee for losing a key is 50 PLN. 7. Unregistered persons may stay in the facility only with the knowledge and consent of the owner. The guest of the facility may not accommodate third parties/unregistered persons. In case such a fact is established, additional accommodation costs will be charged. 8. The entire cabin, with its equipment and the adjacent area, is at your exclusive disposal. 9. Common areas on the premises are monitored and recorded. Monitoring recordings are deleted after 30 days and are appropriately secured against unauthorized access. Monitoring serves to improve the safety of the Guests of Domek na Ubocy. Data from monitoring may only be shared at the request of the relevant authorities. By making a reservation, the guest declares that they consent to the recording of their image on the premises. 10. Windows and doors must be closed whenever leaving (going) outside the cabin. 11. During the "heating" season, the cabin is heated using electric heaters. Therefore, we kindly ask that: a. absolutely do not hang anything on the heaters or cover them with anything. Firstly, any covering of the heater reduces its heating efficiency, and secondly, it poses a fire hazard (a clothes dryer is located in the vestibule). b. when airing the rooms, do not leave windows and/or doors open for more than 5 minutes. After this time, the entire heating will turn off automatically. c. adjust the temperature in the rooms to your preferences using the controls installed in each heater. 12. Parking on the premises is designated for guests of our facility. Parking is free and unguarded. The owner is not responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot and the items inside them. 13. There is a total ban on smoking and using open flames in the facility. In case of smoke, the fire alarm will be activated. 14. Using the grill on the terrace is prohibited. The grill should be used away from the cabin and the playground. 15. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children on the premises and around it. 16. The owner of the facility is not responsible for any damages, health injuries on the premises, and injuries caused by improper use of the playground and other infrastructure. 17. Bringing animals into the house is prohibited. 18. If the owner agrees to a stay with a pet, please keep the area tidy after the animal on the premises. We do not allow leaving the animal alone in the house. Only in a special cage. The area is fenced. 19. Moving around the facility in shoes and ski boots is prohibited. 20. The mezzanine on the upper floor is intended for children over 12 years old and adults. 21. Trash bins are located outside the building. Please regularly take out the trash outside. 22. The price of services provided by the Lessor does not include insurance. Guests use the services at their own risk. For injuries, damages, destruction, or theft of the Tenant's luggage during their stay at Domek na Ubocy, the facility is not responsible. 23. Guests have access to a burglary alarm (individual codes). We wish you a pleasant stay ;)
