Downstairs there is a large kitchen that can accommodate all guests craving mountain flavors, a large living room with a fireplace, and a billiard table for pleasant leisure time. The area is fenced, ideal for couples, larger families wanting to spend a weekend or vacation together, or a group of friends. The house can accommodate about 18 people, each in a bed, not "on extra beds". HOUSE DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a complete set of dishes – you will be able to use drinking glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, cups, plates, bowls, pots, and pans. The kitchen has an oven, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, and a large refrigerator with a freezer. A spacious living room with a TV and a BILLIARD TABLE, a fold-out corner sofa for possibly 2 additional people. Evenings will be made pleasant for guests by the functioning tiled fireplace, for which we provide wood. Additionally, downstairs there is one 2-3 person room with a bathroom for, for example, elderly or disabled persons. On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, and Wi-Fi. Minimum rental period for the house: * Non-holiday period - min 2 days * Long weekends, holiday periods, and school breaks - 3 days * Holidays, New Year's Eve - min. 4 days.
