It is the perfect place for those seeking tranquility, rest, and active leisure away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is situated on a large, wooded plot and has a private beach exclusively for Guests. The area is governed by a rule of silence and tranquility, with no parties or loud music. The Dutch house is the only house on the resort's plot, allowing Guests to enjoy great privacy. It offers comfortable accommodation for 5–6 people and consists of three rooms and a living room. Guests have access to a double bed and four single beds, with some beds being relatively short and intended primarily for children or teenagers. The house is equipped with basic appliances necessary during the stay, including a refrigerator, stove, pots, dishes, television, and barbecue equipment. Guests also have their own loungers, fresh bedding, private parking, and the option to use air conditioning. The biggest advantage of the property is its location directly by Lake Okrągłe. Guests have access to a private beach, piers, and a bonfire area located right by the beach. There are also other lakes nearby, including Lake Krzywe, Wielkie Wyrwy, and Radęcińskie, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. For active leisure enthusiasts, three private kayak docks and access to a private pond have been prepared. Guests can use kayaks, a pedal boat, and life jackets exclusively, with equipment available at three locations: on Lake Okrągłe, Lake Krzywe, and at the private pond. When booking through intermediary portals, a one-time fee for equipment use of 50 PLN per house for the entire stay applies. Guests can also take advantage of a private SPA area located in the main headquarters of Osada pod Gwiazdami Łasko & SPA, situated a few minutes' walk from the house. The SPA area is rented exclusively and includes a large jacuzzi, sauna, cold water bath, shower, relaxation area, and toilet. Due to the private nature of using the area, prior reservation is required. During the reserved session, only you will have access to the area. Various session options are available, and detailed information regarding availability and prices can be obtained before arrival. Upon request, Guests can also take advantage of a catering offer including breakfasts, lunches, and feasts. Catering services require prior notification and arrangement, as they are in high demand. The house is located in a quiet, natural area that is conducive to both relaxation and active leisure. You can walk in the forest, enjoy the lakes, kayak, go on a bike trip, fish, or simply relax on the private beach. It is an excellent place for those who want to spend time close to nature and away from the daily rush. Staying with a pet is only possible after prior arrangement. Please contact us before making a reservation if you plan to arrive with a pet. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, while check-out ends at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure is possible for an additional fee, after prior arrangement. For reservations made through intermediary portals, additional fees may apply. The fee for electricity consumption is 20 PLN per day of stay, firewood for the bonfire costs 50 PLN for one or two bonfires, and using the kayaks and pedal boat of the Osada incurs a one-time fee of 50 PLN per house for the stay. Renting a large towel costs 30 PLN per person and requires prior notification, while the fee for a pet stay is 100 PLN for the stay. The Dutch houses are not equipped with towels, so we encourage you to bring your own or notify us in advance of your needs. The Dutch house by Lake Okrągłe is part of the Osada pod Gwiazdami Łasko & SPA complex. It is a unique place for those seeking contact with nature, a private beach, the opportunity to use water equipment, and peaceful relaxation without crowds and noise.
