This is a place created with relaxation, privacy, and closeness to nature in mind. Guests have access to comfortable houses located on large, fenced plots, private parking spaces, access to lakes and recreational areas, and many opportunities for active leisure. About 150 meters from the house, there is a pond with a sandy beach. In the area, kayaks, pedal boats, three private kayak docks, and several lakes are also within walking distance. We have three unique houses, each prepared for a different type of vacation. WILLA SYRIUSZ Family is a spacious house for up to 6 people. It has two separate, lockable bedrooms, a fireplace, a large terrace, an additional toilet, and a private hot tub in the garden. The bathroom downstairs has a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. A private jacuzzi with hydromassage is also available upon request. DOM PREMIUM is designed for up to 3 people. It is a cozy space with an open loft, panoramic windows, and a terrace overlooking nature. Guests of the Premium house can use the SPA area rented exclusively. The Premium house does not have a private jacuzzi in the garden. DOM DELUXE is designed for up to 4 people. It offers two sleeping areas – an open loft and a lockable bedroom downstairs – as well as a living room, a shared relaxation space, and its own terrace. Guests of the Deluxe house can book private access to the SPA area. The Deluxe house does not have a private jacuzzi in the garden. Osada Gwiazd is the perfect place for families with children looking for a safe space to play, couples dreaming of a romantic getaway, friends wanting to relax close to nature, and lovers of active leisure by the water. The settlement is located in a unique land of lakes and forests, right next to Drawieński National Park. Nearby you will find Lake Krzywe with kayaks and pedal boats, Lake Okrągłe with kayaks, a private pond with a bridge, kayaks, a pedal boat, and a beach volleyball court, as well as numerous walking and cycling trails. There are also fishing areas, picturesque forests, running trails, kayaking trips through Drawieński National Park, horse stables, a Cistercian monastery, educational trails, and the Mierzęcin Palace with a sports horse stable. Guests can enjoy a private SPA area rented exclusively. It includes a sauna, large jacuzzi, cold bath, relaxation area, outdoor shower, and atmospheric surroundings. Each entry is reserved exclusively, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and tranquility. The private jacuzzi with hydromassage is available in the SYRIUSZ Family house for an additional fee. The service includes professional preparation, cleaning, fresh water, and heating. The jacuzzi is intended solely for guests using the house. Kayaks and pedal boats are available on the premises of the Settlement. Guests have access to three private kayak docks located by the private pond and by Lake Krzywe and Lake Okrągłe. Life jackets for children and adults are provided. Guests can also order a homemade breakfast basket delivered to the door of the cottage. There are restaurants in the area serving home-cooked meals, and for lovers of unique culinary experiences, there is also a restaurant in the Mierzęcin Palace awarded by Michelin. Each house is located on its own fenced plot surrounded by greenery. It is a place where children can play safely, dogs can rest with their owners, and adults can enjoy peace and privacy. The Settlement also offers a playground for children, beach volleyball courts, a ping-pong table, foosball, private fire pits and grills at each house, hammocks, and parking by the house. Guests can also enjoy fiber-optic internet up to 500 Mb/s. Pets are welcome, and an additional fee applies. Exclusive access to the entire SPA area, including a large jacuzzi, sauna, and cold bath, costs 200 PLN for 2 hours for 1–2 people. The price includes towels and drinking water. Each additional person incurs an extra charge of 50 PLN per hour. Exclusive access to the sauna and cold bath costs 100 PLN per hour for 1–2 people. Each additional person incurs an extra charge of 50 PLN per hour. The private jacuzzi in the SYRIUSZ Family house is available for an additional fee: 450 PLN for 1 day, 500 PLN for 2 days, and 700 PLN for 3 days. For longer stays, a separate price applies according to the current price list. Firewood for the fire pit or fireplace costs 50 PLN per portion for 1–2 uses. The fee for pets is 100 PLN. Using kayaks and pedal boats at three locations without limits incurs a one-time fee of 50 PLN for the stay per house. The cost for an additional person’s accommodation is 120 PLN for the first night and 100 PLN for subsequent nights. The daily stay of an additional person in the house or on the premises of the Settlement costs 50 PLN per day. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out, subject to availability, costs 100 PLN until 12:00 PM, 150 PLN until 2:00 PM, 200 PLN until 6:00 PM, or 300 PLN until 9:00 PM. Early check-in, subject to availability, costs 50 PLN from 2:00 PM, 100 PLN from 12:00 PM, or 200 PLN from 8:00 AM. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of items, equipment, and technical devices in the Settlement caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors. The amount of the fee for damages is determined individually.
