Spacious house with a private jacuzzi - a villa for families and groups of friends. Two separate lockable bedrooms, a fireplace, a large terrace, and a private bath in the garden, an additional toilet. In the bathroom downstairs, there is a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Your private jacuzzi (paid service) under the Stars, 2) PREMIUM HOUSE (max. 3 people) Ideal for couples and small families. Cozy space with an open loft, panoramic windows, and a terrace overlooking nature. Guests of the Premium house can book access to the SPA area (rented exclusively, for private entries). The Premium house does not have a private jacuzzi in its own garden by the house). 3) DELUXE HOUSE (max. 4 people) Comfortable house for family or friends. Two sleeping areas (open loft + lockable bedroom downstairs), downstairs a living room - a space for shared relaxation and your own terrace. Guests of the Deluxe house can book access to the SPA area (rented exclusively, for private entries). The Deluxe house does not have a private jacuzzi in its own garden by the house). A multi-person jacuzzi, sauna, cold water bath, and the silence of surrounding nature create ideal conditions for regeneration all year round. Each entry for you and your family is reserved exclusively – just for you! Closed, safe area, plenty of privacy, romantic music, plants, atmospheric lighting. FOOD AND LOCAL FLAVORS You can start your day with an ordered breakfast basket delivered to your cottage door (order a few days before your stay) In the area, there are also restaurants serving delicious homemade dinners at reasonable prices, and for lovers of unique culinary experiences, there is also a restaurant in Mierzęcin Palace awarded by Michelin. PEACE, PRIVACY, AND SAFETY Each house is located on its own fenced plot surrounded by greenery. This is a place where children can play safely, dogs can rest freely with their owners, and adults can enjoy the peace that is not disturbed by crowds of tourists. Kayaks, pedal boats? At each of the 3 private docks of the Settlement, life jackets for children and adults are waiting for you. If you dream of morning coffee on the terrace, a day spent by the water, and an evening in the jacuzzi under the starry sky – the Star Settlement is waiting just for you. If you would like to use the SPA area (always exclusively), please contact us to check availability. Exclusive entry to the entire SPA (large jacuzzi, sauna, cold bath) includes towels and drinking water, the cost is 200 PLN for entry for 1-2 people for 2 hours. An additional person incurs a fee of +50 PLN/hour. Exclusive entry to the sauna and cold bath is 100 PLN for 1 hour for 1-2 people. An additional person incurs a fee of +50 PLN/hour. If you would like to order a private jacuzzi in the Family house, prior contact is required :) Cost for 1 day (450 PLN), for 2 days (500 PLN), for 3 days (700 PLN), for longer stays, the price is determined individually. Firewood for the bonfire/fireplace (50 PLN/portion for 1-2 uses), pet fee (100 PLN), use of kayaks/pedal boats at 3 locations without limit (one-time fee of 50 PLN for the stay per house). Accommodation for an additional person 120 PLN for the first night, 100 PLN for subsequent nights. Daily stay for an additional person in the house/on the Settlement grounds 50 PLN/day. CHECK-IN from 16:00 CHECK-OUT until 10:00 Late check-out (subject to availability) -until 12:00 – 100 PLN -until 14:00 – 150 PLN, -until 18:00 – 200 PLN -until 21:00 - 300 PLN Early check-in (subject to availability) -from 14:00 is 50 PLN -from 12:00 is 100 PLN -from 8:00 is 200 PLN The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of items, equipment, and technical devices of the Settlement caused by their fault or the fault of visitors.
