Lubiatowo is one of my many childhood memories. They were the seeds of a dream to create a place like these - a retreat from the daily rush. A place where kids with carefree curiosity about the world and sensitivity, can absorb nature from an early age. It is also a place where our family and friends will always find a cozy and safe corner. If, like us, you shy away from crowded resorts, looking for space for your own thoughts and unique memories, then you will also, like us, fall in love with Lubiatow at first sight. We want our guests to take full advantage of the riches of this charming area. Nature within reach of your hand and sight, not only delights, but also allows you to hear your thoughts. We promise that you will spend moments with us that will stay in your memory for a long time. We believe you will return - just as we, after years of sacrificing our daily lives, came back to build this place for you. The 50-square-meter cottage consists of a large living room with a fireplace and a corner or sleeper sofa. On rainy days you can use the TV, books and games located in the cottage. To the living room there is a dining area with a large, fully equipped annex. There you will find a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher and necessary utensils. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms with large glass windows, closets and desks. In the first there is a large double bed 180 x 200 cm, in the second there are 2 beds. The cottage is year-round-heated and cooled with a heat pump. In addition, there is a goat in the cottage, which will make your long autumn or winter evenings more pleasant. For greater comfort in the bathrooms the floor is heated. Ecology is very important to us, so segregation of garbage is in force, and much of the energy is produced by photovoltaic panels. In front of the cottage there is a terrace with lounge furniture and an umbrella. Fans of barbecues, will find a designated area with grills and benches. We also have a space for the youngest guests, with Baltic sand, a playground and a trampoline. Bicycles can be stored in a designated, covered area. The size, landscaping of the plot and a large number of plants mean that everyone will find their own place. New from June 2024 is a large sauna, which is located in a separate part of the plot and is surrounded by lush vegetation.
