We cordially invite you to relax in the newly opened "Cottages by the Old Brook". Brick, year-round, eight-person cottages, located in Ustjanowa Dolna (next to Ustrzyki Dolne) next to the forest and the river in the Zhukov range (the exit to the Zhukov mountain is right next to the cottages). At your disposal we offer two cottages with a terrace and a barbecue area, a large barbecue shed with a fireplace (we provide wood), parking, tv, internet, etc. For the youngest guests a playground, swings, sandbox, large trampoline, tree house. Terrace by the creek For the winter period prepared hill for sliding on sleds, apples, etc., which we have in stock. Cottage 1 and 2 consists of: First floor - two separate bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchenette, table with chairs and rest. Floor - mezzanine with two single beds and one double bed. The living room has a table with chairs, a sofa and a TV with Android and Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (kettle, induction hob, microwave, hood, plates, pots, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery, kitchen accessories, etc.) Bathroom with shower, we provide iron, hair dryer, laundry dryer. We provide a towel for each guest. In the bedrooms and on the mezzanine all single beds are 90x200, and double beds and folding beds are 140x200. In the cottage there are numerous board games, card games (children's play area), etc. For those who like to read a small library. For the youngest guests we provide a travel crib with bedding and a feeding chair (we also provide a bathtub on request). Cottage No. 3 (opened 14.07.2024r!): First floor: living room (rozkaldany corner sofa with sleeping function, tv with smart, table with chairs) with kitchenette (fully equipped, refrigerator, hood, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, pots, cutlery, cups, mugs, glasses, plates, bowls ,tea, coffee, etc. etc.), bedroom with bed 140x200, tv with smart, bathroom with toilet (walk-in cubicle, sink with cabinet, mirror, toilet) Floor: two bedrooms in each 2x single bed 90x200 with the possibility of joining), toys, board games, table with chairs, pouffe, etc. for the youngest. Each cottage is heated by an efficient heat pump (with underfloor heating (in cottage No. 3 there are also radiators in the bathroom and in the rooms upstairs)). Nearby there are many attractions, including ski lifts (Laworta, Gromadzyń, Little King-Ustrzyki Dolne, Wańkowa Ski), gondola lift and the dam in Solina and Myczkowacach, Bieszczady bicycle trams, Ursa Maior. In nearby Ustrzyki you can go hiking on mountain trails. The surrounding area is conducive to sports activities including biking, Nordic Walking, hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing, swimming.
