We offer you rest and accommodation in cottages in the mountains, providing comfort and convenience when relaxing with family or friends. Our convenient location in the picturesque Zieleniec near Duszniki-Zdrój makes the cottages are the ideal base for trips to the mountains at any time of year. Each of our cottages is the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of big cities, surrounded by charming landscapes. During your stay, in addition to an exclusive cottage, especially for guests of the Zieleniec Estate we have prepared a place that allows you to take care of both mind and body. Guests have the opportunity to use the Relaxation Zone, which includes an outdoor, wood-fired hot tub with a Jacuzzi and a dry sauna. What more could you want after an intense day of hiking or Zieleniec's ski slopes? The cottages include: - A FRIENDLY LIVING ROOM, where there is a separate dining area with a table and chairs and a sitting area with a fold-out corner sofa, a natural bench and a TV set. - KITCHEN KITCHEN with full equipment: induction cooktop, built-in refrigerator, electric kettle, capsule coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and complete necessary tableware. - BATHROOM with shower and toilet and an additional toilet on the first floor: the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries and a set of towels (small and large) for each guest. - TWO 3-PERSON BEDROOMS and an additional 2 sleeping places in the living room on a folding corner sofa. - One of the bedrooms has a beautiful large glass window along with access to the balcony. - The bedrooms are furnished with continental beds, allowing them to be freely combined or separated. - In addition, there is an additional toilet on the first floor, - At the request of our guests it is possible to provide a crib and a highchair for a child. THE PRICE INCLUDES: - accommodation in a cottage, - free parking at the cottages, - ski lockers with drying racks for winter equipment, - fully equipped kitchenette (cleaning products, dishwasher cubes, etc.), - coffee maker (including a set of welcome capsules), - a set of bed linens, - set of towels for each person (1 small and 1 large towel), - toiletries, - iron and ironing board and clothes dryer, - wi-Fi Internet access (each cottage has a separate network - password on the information cards), - fireplace and barbecue area (in addition, small grills on each terrace), - folding deck chairs, - playground for children, - monitoring of the facility, - vAT. Hotel day: Starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00 the next day. the hotel day can be extended if: - the owners agree to extend the hotel day, - full occupancy of the facility is not expected on the day of departure, - a fee of PLN 25 for each additional hour is paid. BALA and SAUNA During your stay you will have at your disposal a year-round balia and sauna. In case of desire to use it is required: - prior reservation of time with the owners, - payment of an appropriate fee, if any: - 150 zł / 1h - 250 zł / 2h In order to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure your comfort, the use of the sauna and the ballroom is carried out only at individually arranged times and together with a designated group of people (fellow travelers). DOG as an exception, it is possible to stay with a LITTLE dog: - in designated cottages, - after prior agreement and consent of the owners, - payment of a fee of PLN 50 per day. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - self-catering, - in case of change or cancellation of reservation deposit is not refundable, failure to use any of the services during the stay and shortening does not result in a refund, - children of any age, are counted as an adult, - if VAT invoice is to be issued for the stay, please provide this information before paying the deposit - in case of failure to notify the VAT invoice will be reduced by the amount of the deposit, - there is a NO SMOKING ban on the premises of the Zieleniec Estate, - facility monitored, - payment in cash or by bank transfer to our account.
