Dziwnów - until recently a village, since 2004 a small town. It functioned as a fishing settlement as early as the 12th century. In the 19th century, it became a bathing resort and later a health resort. Currently, it is one of the best places to relax by the Polish Baltic Sea. Here we have built 5 year-round holiday homes with minimalist architecture. For those who value comfort, convenience, and original DESIGN. Natural materials, attention to detail, perfectly designed space – this is what sets us apart. Płyniewoda is located in close proximity to water and the Baltic forest. Situated in a quiet area, while being close to the center. The clean, sandy, and so far sparsely populated beach is just a 10-minute walk (450 m) away, 350 m to the lake, and 1 km to the town center. The houses have been arranged so that everyone feels comfortable here. We would like everyone to find their moment of respite here. If you come in summer, it will be cheerful; if in winter, it will be quiet and soothing. We are not in the wilderness; we have neighbors nearby, but for most of the year, you will feel the slow life here (our neighbors are open in spring-summer). In developing our houses, we focused on meeting the expectations of the most demanding Guests. Created with passion and love by ourselves, at almost every stage of realization. We wanted the interiors to be functional and unique. Therefore, we took care of all the details – cohesive color schemes, high-quality materials, and individually designed furniture. We want you to feel at home here and take care of this place as if it were your own home. Dziwnów is an intimate town surrounded almost entirely by water – on one side a bay and a lagoon, and on the other the sea and a lake. It is far from the hustle and bustle of large Baltic resorts. It is a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Motorboats, jet skis, kayaks, windsurfing, kitesurfing, cruise ships, fishing – everything you could wish for. But the most important of them is sailing. This is where annual international and even world regattas take place. In autumn and winter, our place turns into an almost deserted island. The beaches become deserted, and a few but tasty eateries invite you for lunch. You will catch your breath and find solace here. Each of the houses is a unique 60 m2, for those who value comfort and convenience. The ground floor is an open living area with a designated relaxation and dining-kitchen area and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A 5-meter panoramic window encourages you to step out onto the large wooden terrace, where you can celebrate mornings with your loved ones while sipping aromatic coffee from the espresso machine. A wood-burning stove will make autumn-winter evenings take on a unique atmosphere. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and a workspace, the other with two single beds (not possible to combine). The living room has a 2-person sofa bed. All houses are equipped with air conditioning with heating and cooling functions. The devices are located in the bedrooms and on the ground floor in the living room. Additionally, we have placed a heating mat on the bathroom floor. The houses are fully equipped with kitchen appliances and accessories. In summary: ON THE GROUND FLOOR: *living room with a very comfortable 2-person sofa bed *dining-kitchen area, which includes: a large table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven with a microwave function, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an automatic espresso machine with delicious coffee *bathroom with WC and a large shower. In the bathroom, towels, soap, hairdryer ON THE FIRST FLOOR 2 bedrooms: * One with a double bed 140/200 and a workspace * The other with two single beds 90x200 (not possible to combine) The houses also have: - large Smart TV - wood-burning stove - air conditioning with heating and cooling functions.
