Dziwnów - until recently still a village, since 2004 a small town. It functioned as a fishing settlement as early as the 12th century. In the 19th century it became a bathing resort and then a health resort. Now one of the best places to relax on the Polish Baltic Sea. It is here that we have built 5 year-round, minimalist architecture holiday homes. For those who appreciate convenience, comfort and original DESIGN. Natural materials, attention to detail, perfectly designed space - this is something that distinguishes us. Płyniewoda is located in close proximity to water and the Baltic forest. Located in a quiet neighborhood, while being close to the center. It is only a 10-minute walk (450 m) to the clean, sandy and so far sparsely populated beach, 350 m to the lake, and 1 km to the center of the village. The houses have been arranged so that everyone feels at ease. We would like everyone to find their moment of respite here. If you come in summer it will be cheerful, if in winter - there will be silence and solace. We are not in the middle of nowhere, we have neighbors next door, but most of the time of the year you will feel slow life with us (our neighbors are open spring-summer). When developing our homes, we focused to meet the expectations of the most demanding guests. Created with passion and love by ourselves, almost at every stage of implementation. We wanted the interiors to be functional and unique. Hence, we took care of all the details - consistent colors, high-end materials, or individually designed furniture. We want you to feel at home here and take care of this place as if it were your own home. Dziwnów is an intimate town surrounded by water on almost every side - the bay and lagoon on one side, and the sea and lake on the other. It is far from the hustle and bustle of large Baltic resorts. It is a veritable paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Motorboats, jet skis, kayaks, windsurfing, kitesurfing, cruise ships, fishing - anything you fancy. But the most important of these is sailing. This is where international and even world regattas are held annually. In autumn and winter, our place turns into an almost deserted island. The beaches become emptier, the few but tasty pubs invite you for dinner. You will catch your breath and find solace here. Each house is a unique 60 m2, for those who appreciate convenience and comfort. The first floor features an open living area with a separate lounge and dining/kitchen area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. a 5-meter panoramic window invites you to step out onto a large wooden terrace, where you will be able to celebrate mornings together with your loved ones, sipping aromatic coffee from the coffee machine. A goat-type fireplace will give autumn and winter evenings a unique atmosphere. In the attic, two bedrooms have been designed. One with a double bed and a place to work, and the other with two single beds (not connectable). In the living room there is a 2-seater sofa bed. All houses are equipped with air conditioning with heating and cooling functions. The units are located in the bedrooms and on the first floor in the living room. In addition, we have placed a heating mat on the floor in the bathroom. The houses have been fully equipped with appliances and kitchen accessories. To sum up: ON THE GROUND FLOOR: *living room with a very comfortable 2-person sofa bed *dining and kitchen area, and in it: a large table with chairs, fully equipped kitchenette with oven with microwave function, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, automatic coffee maker with delicious coffee *a bathroom with a toilet and a large shower. In the bathroom towels, soap,hair dryer ON THE FIRST FLOOR 2 bedrooms: * One with a double bed 140/200 and a place to work * The second one with two single beds 90x200 (no possibility to join them) The houses additionally have: - large Smart TV -wood-burning fireplace - air conditioning with heating and cooling function.
