Our house "La casa de los Kasa" was built in 2023 and is located in the most beautiful part of the West Baltic coast. It is a year-round, energy-efficient, heat pump-heated house which was built out of respect for the surrounding nature of the pine forest, the Kamienski Lagoon and the Baltic Sea. The house is located in the pine forest just 800m from the intimate beach. It is only 1 km to the nearest restaurant store to Miedzywodzie or Dziwnow (drawbridge). In the house there are two independent parts. Both parts are equipped with TV, iron, clothes dryer, kettle, induction hob, oven, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher. There is a terrace with deck chairs, as well as a fireplace, barbecue, table with chairs and a playground for children. We value proximity to nature and ecology. Guests can treat themselves to fruits (berries, raspberries, currants, gooseberries) and herbs that the vegetable box. There are bicycles and scooters for children at guests' disposal. For families with small children, we have a bath tub and a crib with bedding available upon request. On the surface of 120 m2 there is: - living room with kitchenette, with sofa bed, - bathroom with a shower, - room 1 with 3 single beds, - room 2 with 3 single beds, - room 3 with 3 single beds, - room 4 with 4 single beds 7. Room 5 with 2 bunk beds, - bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine. This section can sleep a maximum of 19 people. Bed linen and towels included in the price. Parking space included in the price.
