This is the perfect space for those who wish to escape the crowds and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Lake Kałębie, also known as the "Kociewskie Sea", is one of the largest lakes in the Tuchola Forest. The property offers direct access to the lake, with a gentle, sandy shore. On the spacious plot of over one hectare, there are four identical, brick houses. Currently, two of them are fully finished and ready for occupancy. The property is fenced, except for the part by the lake, where according to Polish law, we provide a strip of free passage along the shoreline. The cottages stand out with their unconventional shape and modern design. Finished to a high standard, they offer comfortable amenities to ensure the highest level of comfort. Guests have access to: wifi, air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a large TV with smart TV (Youtube, Netflix). Bedding and towels are provided in each cottage. Water, electricity, and cleaning after departure are included in the price. A terrace with a comfortable sofa, gas grill, table with 6 chairs, and a coffee table.
