The cottage was built in 2017 and (renovated in 2024) consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a loft bed for a child, a room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The large room also has air conditioning with heating function for cooler days or as a source of heat outside the season. Covered terrace equipped with garden furniture. Behind the terrace, there is a table with a bench by the grill and a hot tub. For younger guests, there is a trampoline on the property. Large plot of about 400m2. Located right by the forest (130m). A little over a kilometer away from the main beach (15 minutes walk). Closer, on the premises of a nearby resort, there is an unsupervised bathing area (free) along with a bar and water sports equipment rental. No parties allowed (bachelor/bachelorette etc.).
