Our property is located on the edge of the forest in the secluded village of Marczyce among pastures and meadows with an unusual view of Podgórzynskie ponds and the Karkonosze mountain range. In summer and autumn during walks in the surrounding forests you can pick mushrooms and berries, and as soon as the snow falls indulge in winter madness on the numerous hills. An unquestionable advantage is the direct vicinity of the blue trail, which connects Cieplice with Grodno Hill, where there is an observation point. This unique place will allow you to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature and unforgettable views. Traditional two-level cottage decorated in rustic style designed for 4 people, or a maximum of 6 people. Downstairs there is a living room (sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs and exit to a private terrace) with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hob, kettle, dishes and tableware) and a bathroom. On the first floor are located two separate bedrooms with double beds of 160x200 cm and 140x200 cm. All guests are welcomed with a gift of local products for tasting, they can use the rest shed to their heart's content, as well as the gifts of the forest belonging to the property, where there are rest terraces with a unique view of the Giant Mountains. The price of your stay includes: - accommodation (bedding, towels, toiletries); - utilities (electricity, hot and cold water, underfloor heating); - tourist tax; - parking - fenced on the premises; - WIFI; - possibility of using the gifts of the surrounding forest (mushrooms, berries); - access to terraces in the forest, rest shed, barbecue, fireplace and all amenities located on the premises.
