Our property is located on the edge of the forest in the secluded village of Marczyce among pastures and meadows with an unusual view of Podgórzynskie ponds and the Karkonosze mountain range. In summer and autumn during walks in the surrounding forests you can pick mushrooms and berries, and as soon as the snow falls indulge in winter madness on the numerous hills. An unquestionable advantage is the direct vicinity of the blue trail, which connects Cieplice with Grodno Hill, where there is an observation point. This unique place will allow you to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature and unforgettable views. Two-level cottage decorated in a modern style with a gable wall, designed for 6 people, in exceptional cases for 7 people (3 double bedrooms and 1 unfolded sofa bed). On the first floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. On the first floor are located three separate bedrooms. Thanks to a fully glazed wall, you have the opportunity to admire Podgórzynski Ponds, mountains, meadows and forests. All guests are welcomed with a gift of local products for tasting, and can use the rest shed at will. The price of the stay includes: - accommodation (bedding, towels, toiletries); - utilities (electricity, hot and cold water, underfloor heating); - tourist tax; - parking - fenced on the premises; - WIFI; - possibility of using the gifts of the surrounding forest (mushrooms, berries); - access to terraces in the forest, rest shed, barbecue, fireplace and all amenities located on the premises.
