The cottage in Marczyce is a paradise for those seeking carefree and harmony with nature. The surrounding forest and mountains will help you clear your mind and soothe the stresses of everyday life. It is the perfect place for a group of friends, families with children, as well as couples looking for intimacy. Our property is located on the edge of the forest in the quiet village of Marczyce, among pastures and meadows with an unusual view of the Podgórzyńskie Ponds and the Karkonosze mountain range. In summer and autumn, during walks in the nearby forests, you can pick mushrooms and berries, and as soon as the snow falls, indulge in winter fun on the numerous hills. An undeniable advantage is the direct proximity to the blue trail that connects Cieplice with the Grodna hill, where there is a viewpoint. This unique place will allow you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city in the midst of nature and unforgettable views. The two-level cottage is furnished in a modern style with a glass gable wall, designed for 6 people, and in exceptional situations for 7 people (3 double bedrooms and 1 non-convertible sofa). On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there are three separate bedrooms. Thanks to the completely glazed wall, you have the opportunity to admire the Podgórzyńskie Ponds, mountains, meadows, and forests. All guests are welcomed with a gift of local products for tasting and can freely use the relaxation gazebo. The price of the stay includes: - accommodation (bed linen, towels, cosmetics); - utilities (electricity, hot and cold water, underfloor heating); - climate fee; - parking - fenced on the property; - WIFI; - the possibility of using the gifts of the surrounding forest (mushrooms, berries); - access to terraces in the forest, relaxation gazebo, grill, bonfire area, and all amenities on the premises. Additional charges: - 2 hours of Finnish sauna in the forest on the fenced property - 150 PLN - the possibility of professional mobile massage only for our guests at a location of their choice Attractions in the area: - Sosnówka Reservoir, - Prince Henryk's Castle on Grodna Hill, - Cieplice Śląskie-Zdrój, - Cieplickie Thermal Baths, - Norwegian and Spa Park in Cieplice, - Siruwia Japanese Garden, - Śnieżka, - Snowy Boilers, - Podgórna Waterfall, - St. Anne's Chapel. The overnight stay begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. A refundable deposit equal to the cost of 1 overnight stay is required. Parties are prohibited.
