Vacations at my grandmother's house in Niechorze, playing in a small fishing boat, dreams of a tree house, and the desire to create a green enclave on my own patch of the world... this is how the story of DRZEWOstan began. We created a place for relaxation by the sea, which is filled with love for nature. From the cottages located in the treetops you can watch the life of plants and birds, you will also hear the sound of the sea. You have only a few steps to the beach. Here time begins to slow down. Turn off your phone and forget about the world, grab your favorite book and stretch out in the hammock, and in the evening we'll light a bonfire. Cottages in the branches of trees are a new form of slow relaxation - for families, groups of friends or parents looking for peace and quiet. TREEstan encourages you to be here and now, unhurried, reminding you of what is important. Some technical information: Our DRZEWOstan consists of three cottages: "Green me" , "More than honey" and "Bird radio". Their interiors we tried to decorate with attention to every detail. Each of the houses with an area of 35m2 is designed for max 2 adults and 3 children or max 3 adults and 1 child (the house is not suitable for 4 adults) Each cottage has a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (one large one on a mezzanine with a wide bed and another small bedroom with a bunk bed for children), as well as a bathroom with a shower. In the cottage "More than honey" and "Bird radio" there is a single sofa bed in the living room. In the cottage "Greenly mi" the sofa in the living room does not fold out. the "Zielono mi" is a self-contained, independent cottage, while the "Bird radio" and "More than honey" are connected by a part of the upper terrace, making them ideal for two friendly families who will be able to spend a comfortable vacation together while also having their own private space. Each of the cottages has two terraces: the upper charming terrace surrounded by greenery, which encourages long mornings with a cup of aromatic coffee in hand, and the lower terrace - convenient for evening feasting by the grill, or as a place to supervise your kids playing in the garden. Cottage equipment: - kitchenette with induction hob, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, - WiFi, - air conditioning, - electric heating, - hair dryer, - iron, ironing board, - set of hotel cosmetics, - bed linen, - towels, - deck chairs, - hammock. If someone is looking for a form of holiday relaxation in front of the TV, he will not find such with us. Instead, each cottage is equipped with a set of thematic books and board games. We also leave at the disposal of guests bicycles, barbecue, garden hearth. A playground for children is a specially created small beach, the decoration of which is an old restored boat. Swings have been strung between the trees. In the garden you will also find a trampoline. We have made every effort to ensure that the cottages in the treetops allow you to go to the sea in comfort - an escape from the city that regenerates. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 1. Each cottage is designed for a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children or a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child (the cottage is not suitable for 4 or more adults). 2. Dogs are welcome, but the maximum number of pets per cottage is two. 3. Each house comes with only one parking space. 4. During the holiday season are only possible stays from Saturday to Saturday. 5. The need for a VAT INVOICE must be notified via the communicator in the Alohacamp panel immediately after payment of the reservation fee (no later than the end of the day of booking). FACILITY RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Reservation of a stay at DRZEWOSTAN is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations. 2. On the day of arrival you must immediately perform check-in activities and pay the tourist tax no later than the day of arrival. 3. The fee for the stay should be paid no later than the day before arrival to the following data: account no. 61 1140 2004 0000 3602 8122 7870; transfer addressee: Joanna Grabowska-Hryniewicz DRZEWOstan (unless another form of payment is agreed). 4. The reservation fee is refundable in case of cancellation of the stay at least 3 weeks before the arrival date. 5. Guests may not arbitrarily make the facility available to others. The possibility of overnight stay of third parties is allowed only in exceptional situations and absolutely after obtaining prior permission from the owner of the facility. In such a situation, it is necessary to provide the name and surname, address of residence of such a person and pay 200 PLN for his/her stay, for each night spent in the resort. 6. Check-in begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. On the day of departure, no later than 11:00 am, please release the cottage and return the key. Failure to check out by 11:00 a.m. will be charged at the rate of the next hotel night, without the right of residence. 7. In case of cancellation of the reservation or part of it during the stay, payments are non-refundable, and the resort staff has the right to make the cottage available again. 8. Immediately after checking in, please check the condition of the cottage and report any damage immediately to the facility staff (phone number +48 570 150 440). 9. Any damage or malfunction occurring during your stay should be immediately reported to the resort staff (phone number +48 570 150 440). 10. Due to the characteristics of the resort, both inside and outside the cottages, do not leave small children without adult supervision. Please exercise extreme caution on the stairs leading to the cottages and mezzanines. 11. The use of the trampoline by children is allowed only under adult supervision. 12. It is forbidden to use the grill on terraces and wooden walkways. After grilling, the grill must be cleaned and the grilling area must be left in order. 13. Be careful in the use of bicycles and take care of their good technical condition. Any damage and malfunctions of bicycles should be immediately reported to the staff of the resort (phone number +48 570 150 440). Bicycles left outside the center should be secured against theft. After using the bicycle, it should be put back in the place designated for bicycles (under the shelter by the shed). 14. Observe curfew, which is in force from 22:00 to 06:00. 15. Non-registered persons are allowed to stay on the premises from 09:00 to 21:00 (by prior arrangement with the resort staff). If this rule is ignored, a fee of PLN 200 will be charged. 16. The resort may refuse further stay of the Guest who grossly violated the rules, e.g., causing damage to property or disturbing other Guests. The resort has the right to retain the full rental fee. 17. For losing the key to the cottage or the bicycle lock the guest will be charged a fine of 100 PLN. 18. The resort is not responsible for the loss of money, valuables and other valuable items left in the cottages. 19. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by him and his visitors. In such a case the Guest will be charged a financial penalty not less than the value of the damaged or destroyed property. 20. Dogs and cats are welcome. However, it is forbidden to sleep in the bedding together with your pet and you are ordered to immediately clean up after your pet on the property. It is forbidden to leave pets unattended in the cabins and on the resort grounds. 21. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, candles and live fire in the cottages is prohibited. Violation of the ban will result in a fine of 500 PLN. 22. We ask for rational management of utilities, i.e. electricity, water, air conditioning. 23. Please dispose of the segregated garbage (plastic packaging, crushed) in the appropriate containers located in the corner of the plot behind the shed. Photos were taken by Story Catcher studio
