We invite you to a modern barn located in the picturesque village of Winiec, right on Lake Bart±¿ek, which connects to the Elbl±g Canal. It is an ideal place for a family holiday or a trip with friends - away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature. The house with an area of over 220 m² is exclusively for guests. On the first floor there are five bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a second bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with large windows and a view of the garden, a library with books, board games for adults and children, cards and scented candles. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a children's play area, an additional bedroom and a toilet. Outside there is a terrace with a professional jacuzzi (open all the time) and a sauna. Guests can use the fireplace, playground, sandbox, trampoline (in summer) and parking. The entire property is fenced. The house is 200 meters from the sandy beach with a pier. SUP boards, bicycles and a barbecue are available on site.
