Our lovingly designed holiday homes and chalets offer you a unique combination of modern comfort and nature-based experiences. Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or active recreation in nature – you will find both here. Our accommodations are equipped with high-quality materials such as solid wood, ceramics, and stone, creating a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the picturesque view of the valley and the surrounding mountains from your balcony or terrace. Wood-burning stoves and pellet fireplaces provide cozy warmth, while underfloor heating ensures pleasant comfort. For your relaxation, a private sauna is available for a fee. Wellness massages can also be booked to make your stay even more relaxing. The kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and much more – ideal for preparing your favorite dishes. Dining areas both indoors and outdoors invite you to enjoy meals together. For families, we offer travel cots, high chairs, and children's toys, as well as a fenced play area and a large forest playground right by the house. The location is perfect for nature lovers and active vacationers: hiking trails begin right at your doorstep, including the famous Rennsteig. In winter, groomed trails and nearby ski lifts await you. With a bit of luck, you can observe red and black deer from the panoramic window or relax after a day in nature at the barbecue area with a cozy seating area. Practical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, parking with a shared E-charging station, lockable bike and ski rooms, as well as a private entrance ensure a worry-free stay. Pets are welcome in selected accommodations (for a fee). Zella-Mehlis itself is a state-recognized spa town with good infrastructure, restaurants, supermarkets, and cultural highlights in the area. The central location also allows for day trips to Erfurt, Weimar, Coburg, and other interesting cities. The use of the sauna, the tourist tax, and the fee for the dog are to be paid on-site. Tourist tax 2 €/day, children 1 €/day. If you would like to book the sauna, we charge a flat fee of 60 € for up to 4 nights and 90 € for up to 7 nights. Max 2 pets up to 40kg.
