The holiday home by the idyllic trout river in Heinersdorf offers you a unique retreat paradise, nestled in a quiet 1,000 m² orchard, surrounded by gentle nature and fresh air. The house features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room that provides additional sleeping space. The clay walls and warm wooden floor create a cozy atmosphere, which is further enhanced by the crackling fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and coffee machine invites you to cook together, while the modern bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating guarantees the highest comfort. Enjoy relaxed hours on the private terrace, take advantage of the barbecue facilities in summer, or end the day by the fire bowl. For active guests, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area that invite exploration of the low mountain landscape. In the bathroom and living room, in addition to the fireplace stove, which must be heated with wood, there is also an infrared heater. The house is allergy-friendly and smoke-free, ideal for a relaxing stay. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are, of course, available to you. The location also allows for excursions to nearby attractions, with the "Genussregion Oberfranken" beginning at the northern and southern exits of the village. Enjoy a Franconian beer and regional specialties in the numerous guesthouses, often with their own brewery or a good Franconian wine! Please note that bed linen and towels should be brought along. Arrival is possible between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM, or by arrangement. Pets and parties are not allowed to preserve the peace and connection to nature.
