The spacious 5-star holiday apartment "Quelle" offers 82 sqm of barrier-free luxury with a private outdoor whirlpool, a wood-burning stove, a sauna, and direct views of the idyllic swimming pond biotope. The apartments "Malz" and "Hopfen" on the first floor invite you to relax with their infrared saunas and stylish furnishings. From the large balcony of the "Malz" apartment, you have the best view of the house over the garden with swimming pond and into the unobstructed landscape. The lovingly designed garden with natural pond, surrounded by meadows, fields, and forests, creates an atmosphere full of private tranquility and invites you to linger. For active guests, a small fitness room with modern equipment as well as numerous hiking and cycling paths in the picturesque Franconian landscape are available. Resource conservation is highly valued here: electricity and hot water are generated using solar energy, waste is carefully sorted, and responsibly used cleaning agents ensure a compatible approach to nature.
