Hello to all nature lovers! 🙋🏽‍♀️ We are Eiko and Stefanie Köppen and have been running the Peenehof in MV since 2014. There are several water sources (Peenequelle) on the farm, which spring from an artesian basin. This phenomenon is known as an artesian spring, where water practically bubbles up all by itself (without drilling) due to high pressure. These springs flow into a large pond, making it possible to create a small but beautiful fishing pond under these ideal conditions.
