Vacation apartment nature and art The 5-star luxury vacation apartment is situated with a unique view over the city of Dresden with views of the Ore Mountains, Saxon Switzerland and the Czech Republic. (Almost) like in a sanatorium. In 2018, completely new, high-quality apartments were built in the former sanatorium. The listed building shines above the vineyards at the Wachwitzer Höhenpark. Below (seen from the Elbe) you can see the red roof of the König Albert house at the top of the hill on the right. And how did it get this name? The Wettin royal family bought the vineyards, which today are mainly covered by the Wachwitzer Höhenpark (landscape conservation area). The 40 sqm living room is flooded with sunlight and leads to a spacious balcony with deckchair, chairs and table. The view from the living room is fascinating, even more so from the balcony. The living room has a flatscreen TV with Smart TV, DVD/Blue-Ray player, radio. Many books about the city and surroundings, maps, games etc. can be found in the top drawer of the chest of drawers under the mirror. A dining area for up to 8 people and a seating area. Art on the walls completes the pleasant living atmosphere. The apartment is all yours. For 1-2 guests with one bedroom, for 3-4 guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. If there are fewer guests, you can also rent the other rooms for €25 per night and room as required.
