Finca La Gloria is a permaculture or permanent culture project where the integration of the parts generates a whole greater than the mere sum. SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS You enter a splendid Andalusian courtyard, gleaming white under its beautifully aged and weathered terracotta tiles, which extend around it on three sides. Planted with fragrant lemon and palm trees, this is a charming space with intricate tiles, a dining table and chairs, night lighting and a mosaic glass fountain dripping silently in its center. Ornately carved antique wooden doors welcome you into the villa. Beyond the kitchen is the living / dining room...a huge and wonderful room full of interest under its splendid high beamed ceiling. This room is large enough to house a full size pool table! Here you'll find sofas gathered around a huge wood-burning fireplace and other armchairs are casually placed here and there, offering color and contrast. Combined with soft, subtle lighting, it's the ideal place to relax. Other highlights And then there's the pool ... oh, what a beauty! It is massive, 10 m x 10 m, with steps at the shallow end, 2.5 m deep at the other. It has a salt filtration system, and its pale green water is completely irresistible! A large terrace next to it is protected from the breeze by a high wall and is furnished with sun loungers. Lying out in the Spanish sun is, as we all know, hard work and thirsty, but a few steps will take you to the chiringuito (the pool bar and barbecue) which has the hard work covered by our staff ready to make delicious snacks accompanied by local beers, and a fridge for those all-important refreshments! There is night lighting and a music system (with iPod connection) for the terrace and barbecue area. The pool is also illuminated at night. Behind the pool, more lawn and plenty of mature trees - olive, fig, almond, pomegranate, eucalyptus and citrus among them - climb the grounds of the finca. Also, please note that as our guests cannot cook in the house, or bring any food or drink from outside, our staff will take care of all your group's needs, and you can enjoy our private chef cooking exclusively delicious "farm-to-table" recipes directly from our permaculture garden daily through our food services. We offer several options for boarding services, and depending on each guest's group we can accommodate our boarding services to your specific needs, always planning ahead of your arrival date. One bedroom with 4 single beds and another with a single bed.
