Casa Floravista is a luxury villa in the quiet village of Valle, in Piloña. It is a true haven of peace surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Centrally located, we are a short drive from the vibrant city of Oviedo, the stunning beaches of the north coast, and the majestic Picos de Europa National Park. Casa Floravista in Asturias, Spain, offers modern accommodation, completely renovated and restored while respecting its traditional Asturian essence. Built in stone and wood, it is distributed over two floors where we find a small porch with several entrances, the hall, a toilet, a warm and cozy living room with access to the outside, a large and bright dining room perfect for 12 people with complete crockery and cutlery, as well as a spacious, fully equipped and modernized kitchen to ensure complete comfort when cooking, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, American-style refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, filter coffee maker, microwave, complete kitchenware, cooking utensils, and a kitchen table to facilitate the preparation of delicious meals in good company. Also on the ground floor, at the end of the porch, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline. Upstairs, accessed by a comfortable wooden staircase, you will find: an outdoor corridor or gallery with padded armchairs perfect for relaxing, a small study with a desk under the window and two chairs, and six bedrooms, all of which are queen and king size (with beds 160 cm and 180 cm wide), taking advantage of the spaciousness of each to combine maximum comfort with elegant and stylish décor, ensuring a relaxing stay in this natural paradise. Each room has a TV, wardrobe with hangers, desk, and all have a private bathroom with bathtub. Three of these rooms enjoy stunning mountain views, while the other three overlook the garden and the quiet village street, the perfect setting for a peaceful and romantic getaway. Last but not least, all outdoor areas offer corners that invite you to relax: a covered gazebo with night lighting, large sofas, and a large table, a large American-style barbecue, and gardens. There are also several parking areas within the estate. Whether you are looking for a cozy retreat for you and your loved ones or a complete base camp to enjoy an adventure-filled getaway, Casa Floravista meets all your needs with its welcoming atmosphere in a picturesque setting. The entire house has free internet access and heating for the coldest days of the year, as well as clean sheets, blankets, towels, and tablecloths for guests. If you need it, we can provide a crib upon request, subject to availability and at an additional cost. It is also possible to request a high chair.
