Casa Trasgu is located in Infiesto, Piloña, a magnificent village with all the amenities and possibilities for enjoying a peaceful and comfortable vacation. In Piloña, you will discover a corner of natural paradise with immense charm and beauty, thousands of things to do and routes to explore, and restaurants where you can delight in authentic Asturian cuisine. Casa Trasgu is a semi-detached single-family villa, built in 2001 and completely refurbished and renovated in 2025, with exquisite décor. It is located on the main road to Infiesto, with excellent connections to the N-634 national highway, which will take you to both the beaches and the capital of the Principality in just over half an hour. Its excellent orientation makes it a very sunny house. There are public parking areas in front of the house. To access the house, there are two gates leading to the street: one for pedestrians and the other for vehicles. Next, there are stairs leading to the porch and the garage door, which has been completely renovated and converted into a games room with a pool table and a ping-pong table. On the porch at the main entrance to the house, there is an outdoor bench. Once inside, the house is distributed over two floors from the spacious and bright entrance hall: on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen table, dishwasher, electric oven, extractor hood, hob, large refrigerator, brand new kitchenware, Italian and capsule coffee machines, toaster, etc.), a full bathroom with shower, a laundry room under the stairs, and a large living-dining room with a glass table, Smart TV, and access to the terrace with outdoor furniture via a small staircase. On the upper floor, there is another full bathroom with a bathtub and three very spacious and bright bedrooms: a partially attic-style master bedroom with high ceilings, vertical windows, and access to a small terrace, as well as another Velux-style window. It also has a built-in wardrobe with a mirror, a desk, and a designer armchair. another double bedroom with sloping ceilings and a built-in mirrored wardrobe; and finally, the third bedroom with a trundle bed (two 90 cm mattresses), desk, armchair, and freestanding wardrobe. The decoration of the house has been chosen with great care and taste by its owners, and every corner has been designed to be enjoyed to the fullest with comfort and harmony. The entire house has heating for the colder months of the year, and clean towels and sheets are provided for each guest. We also offer travel cots for our guests on request, subject to availability and at an additional cost of €5/night. Pets are not currently allowed in the house.
