Our Los Cantores rural houses are located in the privileged village of Arenas de Beloncio, very close to Infiesto, in the municipality of Piloña. A corner of Asturian paradise where you can enjoy maximum tranquility and peace just a few minutes away from all services and activities. In Piloña, you will discover a corner of natural paradise with immense charm and beauty, thousands of plans and routes to explore, and restaurants where you can delight in authentic Asturian cuisine. These are two completely symmetrical semi-detached houses, identical in layout and fittings. Both houses were completely renovated in 2009-2010 with the best materials, respecting the essence of rural Asturias, following a traditional, balanced, and cozy yet elegant style of decoration. Both houses have an excellent orientation that provides them with plenty of natural light and views of the nearest mountains, such as La Sierra del Sueve. To reach the houses, you need to pass through the village of Beloncio in the direction of Arenas (Areñes) and take the turn-off to the right at the "Casa Severo" bar. There are public parking areas right in front of the houses. Once inside, both houses have the same layout: there are three floors, with the entrance hall, kitchen with breakfast bar and all appliances and utensils (oven, dishwasher, electric oven, extractor hood, hob, large refrigerator, brand new utensils, Italian coffee makers, toaster, etc.) on the first floor. Next, there is a dining room and living room with a fireplace and access to the private porch and garden, which in this case is shared between both houses. Next to the staircase, there is a small toilet on the first floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a 150cm double bed and the other with two 105cm single beds. On the next floor there is an attic room with a 150cm double bed and a children's playroom or reading room. The decoration of the house has been chosen with great care and affection by the owners, inviting maximum rest and comfort. As for the exteriors, at the front of both houses there is a parking area and a large communal porch, while at the rear, each house has another private porch with outdoor furniture leading to a garden shared between the two houses. Both houses have free Wi-Fi, heating for the colder months of the year, and we always provide our guests with clean towels and sheets for each guest. Also, upon request and for a supplement of €5 per night, we can provide a cot if necessary for your stay. Pets are not currently allowed. Los Cantores are the perfect houses for those seeking rest, comfort, and tranquility in a rural area.
