This magnificent villa is located in the village of Villa Baxu, near Coya, a step between Villaviciosa and Infiesto, very well connected by road with Arriondas and Cangas de Onis on one side and with Oviedo and Gijon on the other. This cozy house is ideal for up to six people, either in a group of friends or families with children as it allows you to enjoy both the garden and the interior of the house with comfort and tranquility DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT OF THE RURAL HOUSE VILLA ISABEL: Our house Villa Isabel is a beautiful single-family house very sunny, with private enclosed garden, barbecue and spacious porch with outdoor table ideal for enjoying the outdoors with tranquility and privacy. Internally it is distributed on two floors, on the first floor we find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace for wood perfect to warm up in the colder months of the year; the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker, kitchenware, a bathroom with shower and the washing machine room. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. Throughout the house there is heating, free Wi-Fi and sheets, blankets and towels are included at no extra cost. You can also request a crib and firewood on request, as well as on request pets are allowed.
