We invite you to rent a comfortable, year-round cottage for up to 8 people, with an area of approximately 100 m², located on a plot of 1000 m², which ensures comfort, privacy, and freedom. The cottage is rented exclusively. The house is heated by a wood-burning stove, and the bathroom has electric underfloor heating. Guests have access to a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a fireplace, a garden, a playground for children, and three parking spaces. The house is located in Pierszczewo, just 4 km from Gołubie - in the heart of Kashubia, surrounded by numerous lakes, forests, and beautiful, wild nature. It is an ideal place for people who want to take a break from the city, enjoy the peace and quiet, walks in the forest, swimming in the lake, or bike rides. Layout of the house: On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - 4-person (approx. 20 m²): double bed and sofa bed for two people. Bedroom 2 - 2-person: double bed. Bedroom 3 - 2-person: double bed. Living room: Large table for 8 people, corner sofa, TV with Netflix and Prime Video access, atmospheric stove-type fireplace, and access to a large terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen (fully equipped): Coffee maker, cordless kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas hob, and a set of dishes and kitchen accessories. Bathroom: Shower, washing machine, toilet, and towels for guests. Additional amenities: Large private plot of 1000 m², terrace, barbecue, bonfire area, garden, playground for children, three parking spaces, and dogs are welcome. Surroundings: Ostrzyce - 13 km: restaurants, Lake Ostrzyckie, water equipment rentals, swimming area, promenade, kayaking. Wieżyca - 10 km: Koszałkowo and Kotlinka ski lifts and a viewpoint. Stężyca - 8 km: promenade, kayaks, restaurants, shops, Stężyckie and Raduńskie Lakes, and sports fields. Gołubie - 4 km: shops (Biedronka, Dino, Mrówka), Lake Dąbrowskie with a pier, beach, swimming area, water equipment rental, restaurants, botanical garden, and train station.
