Home designed by the hosts in barn style, naturally! 😊 We don't call it a modern barn, because the house perfectly captures the rural atmosphere and blends into the landscape, it is directly integrated with nature. Thanks to the wooden facade made of rough larch boards, the idyllic garden and the natural / Balinese style interior finishes, you will feel the natural atmosphere of this beautiful place in Kashubian Switzerland and overlooking the lake! The house was built in the spirit of sustainable development with the least possible burden on the environment and is energy efficient. Mostly natural materials were used. Hence the thick walls made of expanded clay concrete, the roof and ceiling made of thick glulam, energy-efficient windows, a wooden raw facade with rough boards, photovoltaic panels as well as a domestic treatment plant. The interior is also dominated by nature and refers to ecology and care for the environment, so it was designed in earthy colors. Materials of natural origin have been used - the walls have been finished with clay plaster, the furniture is made of wood, and the accessories are mainly made of seagrass. The interior is inspired by the island of Bali, so it evokes an exotic warm vacation. Taking care of the local ecosystem, we planted mostly native species of trees that grow in the forest nearby, as well as honey-giving flowers to attract butterflies, bees and birds. And all this overlooking a clear lake with an intimate beach! Guests have at their disposal: - a house of about 100 m2 for 8 people overlooking the lake: - 55 m2 first floor with spacious living room with kitchenette and bathroom, - the first floor with 3 bedrooms and a toilet (the bedroom overlooking the lake has a 2-person KING SIZE bed with a width of 180 cm, the second bedroom has a 140 cm wide 2-person bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed - a 120 cm wide 2-person bed downstairs, a 90 cm wide single bed upstairs, and a pull-out extra single bed), - balia in the terrace overlooking the lake, - 16 acres of private land with parking and a fire pit, - provided access to the lake located about 100 m from the house. The house is ideal for couples, families, groups of friends. - PROVIDED: wood for logs and fireplace, bedding, towels, fire pit, coal barbecue. We value peace and quiet. The house is intended only for recreational and leisure stay. We do not rent the house for special events, such as, among others, bachelor or bachelorette parties ( except in the spirit of SLOW), birthdays, etc.
