Due to the specifics of the property, we rent for a maximum stay of 10 days. Note! The hot tub is available all year round. In case of severe frost, it may be temporarily out of service, so please contact us before making a reservation to confirm availability. We invite you to a spacious, approximately 100-square-meter house with a view of the lake, designed for a maximum of 8 people. The house is year-round, heated. On the ground floor (55 m²) there is: -a cozy living room with a fireplace and kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor: -three bedrooms and a toilet. 1st bedroom with a view of the lake – KING SIZE bed (180 cm), 2nd bedroom – double bed (140 cm), 3rd bedroom – bunk bed: lower double bed (120 cm), upper single bed (90 cm) and an additional pull-out single bed (90 cm). On the terrace, there is a hot tub with a view of the lake, perfect for relaxation at any time of the year. (except for very frosty weather) On a 16-are private plot, guests have access to parking, a bonfire place, and a charcoal grill. A path leads from the property to the lake (a stone's throw away :) to a cozy little beach. The house is an excellent place for couples, families, and groups of friends looking for a respite in nature. The price of the stay includes: -access to the hot tub -wood for the hot tub and fireplace, -bed linen and towels, -access to the bonfire place and grill. We value peace, quiet, and close contact with nature. The house is intended solely for recreational and leisure stays. The house designed by the hosts in a barn style, naturally! 😊 We do not call it a modern barn, as the house perfectly reflects the rural atmosphere and blends into the landscape, being directly integrated with nature. Thanks to the wooden facade made of rough larch boards, the idyllic garden, and the interior finished in a natural/Balinese style, you will feel the natural vibe of this beautiful place in the Kashubian Switzerland with a view of the lake! The house was created in the spirit of sustainable development with minimal environmental impact and is energy-efficient. Most of the materials used are natural. Hence, thick walls made of lightweight concrete, a roof and ceiling made of thick glued wood, energy-efficient windows, a raw wooden facade with rough boards, photovoltaic panels, and a home sewage treatment plant. The interior is also dominated by nature and refers to ecology and environmental care, which is why it has been designed in earthy colors. Natural materials have been used - the walls are finished with clay plaster, the furniture is made of wood, and the accessories are mainly made of sea grass. The interior is inspired by the island of Bali, evoking thoughts of exotic warm vacations. Caring for the local ecosystem, we have planted mostly native tree species that grow in the nearby forest and nectar-rich flowers that attract butterflies, bees, and birds. And all this with a view of a clean lake with a cozy little beach! We do not rent the house for events such as bachelor or bachelorette parties (except in the spirit of SLOW), birthdays, etc. PETS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED BY ARRANGEMENT! MAXIMUM 1 DOG (SMALL AND MEDIUM) PER STAY AFTER PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH THE HOST. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CATS! PRICE FOR A DOG - 80 PLN PER NIGHT.
