In the mountain ranges of Gorce and Beskid Wyspowy in the charming village of Szczawa, surrounded by forest away from civilization, there is a wooden house more than a hundred years old after a solid renovation. This is a house with a climate and soul which was once inhabited by my grandmother Ania called Hanka :) The cottage is fully equipped and will comfortably accommodate 6 people. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (double bed in each), in turn in the living room there is a large sofa bed also for two people. Exclusively available sauna and jacuzzi. Invite all who appreciate peace and quiet, nature, enjoy mountain hiking, campfires or would like to work in silence and with beautiful views. Treat yourself to rest and tranquility in a remote place surrounded by beautiful nature. Hankowka is an exceptionally atmospheric place, which we are constantly improving. It is also a great place as a base for numerous hiking trails. In Szczawa there is a bottling plant and a pump room for healing mineral waters. From here it is also not far to well-known tourist destinations such as Szczawnica, Kroscienko and thermal pools in Bukowina Tatrzanska Access is not so obvious, so we will show you the way. The last 350 meters of the road to the cottage is a dirt path with a steep climb. Cars with low suspension may not get here. And in winter, a 4x4 SUV and all-wheel chains are necessary. But rest assured, if you don't have such a vehicle, we can (after arranging the time of arrival and departure in advance) drive you to Hankova and return you to your car on the day of departure. In extreme cases, in the winter season, it may happen and such a situation that the last 350 meters will have to be overcome on foot (for example, in case of failure of our jeep or icy road ). But we can do it, we will definitely help on the mountain a reward awaits:)
