Lakehouse Hartowiec is a year-round house with an area of approximately 100 m², designed for a maximum of 9 people. Guests have at their disposal four bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The sleeping arrangement includes five single beds, two double beds, and a sofa bed. The living room is a place for shared relaxation and features a fireplace. From the terrace, you can admire the view of the lake. The house also offers Wi-Fi access and a space adapted for work. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. A washing machine is also available in the house. For families, a high chair is provided. The interior combines the functionality of a holiday home with the character of a lakeside location. The fireplace, large windows, and view of the water are conducive to both peaceful mornings and evening relaxation at home. During their stay, guests have access to the entire house and the property. Outside, there is a terrace with a view of the lake, parking, and a relaxation area. The area is fenced. On-site, there is a hot tub and a spacious sauna for 8 people, as well as a grill and a bonfire area. The hot tub is included in the price of the stay. Using the sauna incurs an additional fee. Firewood for the bonfire is available for 50 PLN. In the house, guests will find a portion of firewood for the fireplace. After it is used, additional firewood costs 100 PLN. Pets are allowed in the house. Lakehouse Hartowiec is located in Hartowiec, in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, directly by Lake Hartowieckie. The property is situated in a quiet, natural area, surrounded by forests and water. The area is conducive to both relaxation by the lake and active leisure. Nearby, you can enjoy cycling trails and easy hiking paths, kayak, fish, ride horses, and go mushroom picking. Water equipment rental, including kayaks, pedal boats, and boards, is also available in the area. About a 5-minute walk from the house, there is a public beach. Approximately 30 minutes from the property, there is a ski resort with an ice rink. Lakehouse Hartowiec can be reached by car, train, or taxi. There is parking available on the property. The keys are handed over in person. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
