Description
We put at your disposal a detached holiday home, standing on a plot of land with its own shoreline on Lake Hartowiec. Our house is located on the route of trains from Warsaw to Gdansk, on the other side of the lake there is a railroad station Hartowiec, hence the name of our house - Station Hartowiec. The house, with an area of 100 m2, comfortably accommodates 8 people. Downstairs there is a large living room, with TV and fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. From the living room there is an exit to a large (35 m2) terrace, with glass balustrades, which offers a view of the lake. In addition, downstairs there is a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink, and washing machine. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms (1- double bed, 2- two single beds that can be joined together, 3- double bed plus a double sofa bed). The largest bedroom has an additional private bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view, also overlooking the lake. There is a shared bathroom with a shower for the other two bedrooms. The area of the house is fenced, we have parking for 3 cars. In the backyard there is a beach-an ideal place for children and sunbathing enthusiasts, as well as a trampoline and a playground. On the terrace there is a possibility of barbecue- on the equipment is a charcoal grill. Outside the house there is also a place for a bonfire (with a permanently mounted grate) and another, additional, terrace with a canopy. The equipment also includes deck chairs. We have direct access to the lake and a pier with a bench and ladder - a paradise for fishermen and swimming enthusiasts. At our guests' disposal there is also a rowboat and a large family water bike. Kapoki for adults and children and a professional life buoy are available. If you will want to go somewhere, we recommend: - walks in the surrounding forests, - bicycle tours, - canoeing on the Wel River, - learning horseback riding in the nearby stud farm, - Kurza Gora center-viewing tower, year-round, the longest tubing in Europe and a restaurant, - at a distance of 1 km from the house there is additionally a beautiful beach with a long and gentle entrance to the lake-ideal for children, water equipment rental and several catering establishments, - a few kilometers from our house there is a fishing farm, the possibility of fishing and tasting regional fish attitudes in the Fish Restaurant.
