Description
Wooden house built around 1940. I spent my childhood here, because my Grandmother Helena lived here and it was she who created this haven of peace and warmth. After her death, I didn't want to leave this place alone and made the decision to renovate the habitat so that you too can feel the uniqueness of this place and the energy that is here. A house with a history that has left its mark on it, which you must be aware of, but it makes up for its shortcomings with fragrance, atmosphere and objects with soul. At your disposal is a house of 45 m². It consists of: - a spacious living room with a kitchen, - a bedroom, in which there is a double bed and a sofa bed, - a bathroom with a shower, - porch with a bookcase and armchairs, a glazed 11-meter. The living room equally has a corner sofa bed. The place is ideal for single travelers, couples and families with children, and pets are very welcome only please request in advance. Ideal for 4 adults, families with children 2+2 in the winter season. The entire habitat is 65 acres, consisting of three parts: - a house with a yard and an old stone barn, which is more than 100 years old, - an orchard with apple, pear, plum and soon raspberry trees, - the agricultural part. The fenced space, safe for children and dogs, is approx. 22 acres. In the backyard there is a fireplace, a children's area in the summer as well as a relaxation area: hammocks and chairs. Wifi works very well (download speed: 29Mbps), but phone coverage is sometimes variable. We try to save; electricity and water. We recommend setting the temperature on the radiators to a maximum of 21 degrees when it's cold and not to heat up when you are not there or when you are ventilating. From the windows you can see the forest and the ravine. The surrounding area is full of greenery, peace and quiet. The cottage has no permanent neighbors, there are only seasonal ones. It stands on the main road, but the traffic here is very low, and the surrounding roads are in good condition, so ideal for bicycle trips. Remember that you will live in the countryside. Sometimes you can hear tractors working in the fields. Various insects fly around, sometimes mice drop in. I try to protect the house from them, but please remember to lock the doors to keep them out. The habitat is being improved all the time. In June the wooden facade and terrace were done, we are still waiting for a new porch. I invite you to relax in the idyllic, rural climate of Mazovia.
