Or organize an unforgettable 40th birthday party for a friend with a picnic on the grass, a lazy afternoon in a hammock, a walk in the Borecka Forest, and in the evening singing around a campfire and enjoying dinner on the terrace. It's a space created for loved ones to build memories - while having morning coffee by the lake, playing ball in the garden, or biking in the countryside. The house is located in Jeziorowskie village (Kruklanki municipality, Giżycko county), with direct access to Gołdopiwo Lake. It consists of two parts (totaling about 650 m2) connected by an internal patio. The total number of beds in the house is 30 (extra beds are possible). There is a playroom for children (equipped with toys, books, games, armchairs, tables) located in a separate building. The house is equipped with full kitchen facilities, ironing board, iron, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV, Playstation 4, sauna and a balcony. The residential part of the house consists of five independent (separate entrances) multi-room apartments and two additional rooms (a total of 17 rooms). This makes the house an ideal place to relax in any season for several friendly families or a group of friends. The unique waterfront and private pier add to the charm.
