Our small holiday apartment is beautifully located directly in nature, yet only 2km from the spa town of Braunfels. There are countless beautifully situated attractions in our vicinity, some only 3km away, such as Braunfels Castle, Philippstein Castle, the observatory in Solms, and the zoo. Just 10 km away is Weilburg Castle with its beautiful unique castle garden, as well as the castle concerts, the mining museum, and the miniature mechanical engineering museum with real functioning machines in miniature. In summer, the Lahn with its delightful landscape invites you to row. There are also many different restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities. Only 15km away is the Wetzlar Cathedral, as well as the beautiful old town with the city park at the lovely Lahn bridge at the weir of the Lahn. There are also summer and water games in front of the wine village. The Leica Museum, the Fortuna mine, or the thermal bath with brine and graduation tower offer a good alternative for bad weather. A bit further away are the Hessenpark, the Saalburg, the Limburg Cathedral, the Greifenstein Bridge with its famous bells, as well as the Limburg Cathedral, which invite you to a wonderful excursion.
