We invite you to rent a year-round, comfortable cottage with a Jacuzzi in Masuria. Located on a large, fenced and partially wooded plot of 1200m2. The house is located in the village of Kownatki in beautiful surroundings of forests and lakes. Kownatki is located close to the route No. S7 at a distance of 170km from Warsaw and 180km from Gdansk. The modern cottage is designed for 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms, a large room on the mezzanine, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living room with kitchenette. All rooms are air-conditioned, so we can set the temperature adequately to our needs. The cottage is fully equipped with all the equipment needed for use such as: washing machine, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, TV, coffee maker or plates, pots, cutlery, glasses. Each guest is provided with completely fresh linens and towels. All amenities on the property such as barbecue, SUP board, deck chairs, hammocks, board games, etc. are also available. The area is fenced and only at the disposal and exclusive use of Guests. The Jacuzzi is at the disposal of the guests of the house only. The temperature in the Jacuzzi is controlled automatically, and 52 jets provide relaxation and massage for the whole body. A heat pump and air conditioning are used to heat the house in winter and cool autumn evenings. For security, external blinds have been installed, as well as an alarm and monitoring. On the plot next to the house there is a large parking lot. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful place, in the midst of recreational plots, forests and two lakes: Kownatki and Szkotowski, where there are beaches, canoe and pedal boat rentals. It is an ideal place to relax with friends or family, unwind in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the peace, quiet and surrounding nature.
