The villa with an area of 90 m², is rustically decorated in light tones and bathed in natural light. The first floor consists of a spacious living room with fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs we can find two bedrooms with two single beds with unique views of the natural park of La Breña and a bathroom. the low consumption heating placed in the bedrooms, will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay even in the coldest winter nights. The porch is equipped with garden furniture and two sun loungers where you can relax while enjoying unparalleled views of the natural park of La Breña. The wide extension of the property and the silence that is breathed, will make your stay more relaxed. Despite being a beach house, Quinta de Maria Luisa has all the amenities of a modern house, flat screen TV, and free high speed wifi throughout the house.
