Welcome to your private hideaway in the Westerwald. Leave your everyday life behind in our lovingly designed cottage (42 m²) on the outskirts of Welschneudorf. Surrounded by 2,500 m² of green space, paddocks, and wide meadows, this is the perfect place for couples, digital nomads, or small families looking for a slower pace of life. We designed this house as a retreat – small, but with a focus on comfort and style. Living & Relaxing The open-plan living area is your cozy center. Make yourself comfortable in an armchair with a good book or enjoy the view of the countryside through the large patio windows. Sleep like you're on a cloud Restful sleep is sacred to us. The bedroom is equipped with new mattresses so that you are truly well-rested in the morning. (Ideal for: 2 adults. Optional space for up to 2 children in a separate room with bunk beds). Kitchen & enjoyment Start the day with a fresh cup of coffee (Nespresso machine available) on the terrace. The kitchen is compact but offers everything you need to whip up a delicious breakfast or dinner. Outdoor living Your private terrace is the highlight. Here you have a front-row seat to nature. Watch the horses in the paddock next door, enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, or let the children play on the large lawn. Guest access You have the house and terrace all to yourself. You share the adjacent 2,500 sqm green space (with playground) with our two other cottages—but don't worry, there's enough space for privacy. Dogs are welcome: your four-legged friend is welcome to come along! As the property is close to nature and partly open, dogs will enjoy long walks that start right outside the front door. Workation ready: the Wi-Fi is stable enough for video calls if you need to move your home office to the countryside.
