On the picturesque slopes of Bielsko-Biała and Białka Tatrzańska, exceptional skiing competitions for the youngest – the Reksio Cup – are held every year. This iconic character, although mainly known from fairy tales, has become a symbol for us that perfectly captures the spirit of our home. Skiing is a passion in our family that we nurture with commitment and joy, and the dream of our own mountain retreat was born from this love for winter sports. Our vision is not just another accommodation place, but something much more – a space that combines warmth, style, and nature. We were inspired by the atmosphere of alpine chalets, yet our home is the quintessence of local tradition. The chalet we invite you to is a unique place – completely immersed in nature, with a soul and history. Built from wood sourced from old, historic houses, our mountain home is full of unique details. The furniture has been handcrafted, often from tree trunks washed up by the river, and each element of the interior tells its own story. An important part of our home is also our collection of ski posters – a true treasure, gathered over the years out of passion and love for the sport. My husband, a devoted skier, proudly presents this collection, and one of his most valuable exhibits is a hand-drawn sketch of Reksio, gifted to us by Marian Cholerek himself, the co-creator of the character from the legendary Bielsko Animation Studio. Winter is the perfect time to visit our home, located in the heart of a skiing paradise. Around you, there are over 40 kilometers of perfectly prepared slopes, each offering something for skiers of different skill levels. For your comfort, we have prepared a spacious ski room where you can safely store your equipment after a day spent on the slopes. And when the snow disappears, the mountains transform into an ideal place for mountain biking enthusiasts. The Szczyrk Enduro Trails by Trek attract adrenaline fans, offering some of the best bike trails in Poland. Regardless of the season, our home offers comfort and relaxation in its most beautiful form. As the evenings grow cooler, you can immerse yourself in a wooden hot tub with a view of the forest, and enjoy a meal at a communal table with a panoramic view of the mountains. A soft sofa by the red fireplace is the perfect place to unwind after a day full of experiences. In our mountain home, you will find everything you need for the perfect getaway – luxury in the best informal style, where tradition meets modernity. Szczyrk, though unassuming, has something that reminds you of the most beautiful alpine villages – it offers not only stunning views but also an atmosphere that makes you want to return here every winter and summer. Access in the winter season is possible only by 4x4 vehicle, with a possible need to use chains.
