Having lived in the UK, they are fluent in three languages and delight in welcoming visitors from around the world. Georgia, a dedicated English teacher, and Fabio, an experienced commercial manager at Warwick University , have poured their passion—not just their expertise—into the restoration of the Casale. The transformation of Casale Le Decime has been a labour of love spanning several years and continues to this day. Every detail has been carefully considered to preserve the Casale’s historic character while providing modern comfort. Their goal has always been to maintain the authentic spirit of the property: every material, fixture, and piece of furniture has been sourced locally, with zero-miles, genuine Sicilian craftsmanship wherever possible. From the hand-built brick kitchen with its Caltagirone ceramic sink to the lava stone walls surrounding the pool and apartment, everything reflects the region’s heritage and their unwavering dedication to quality, authenticity, and tradition. Beyond their professional skills, Georgia and Fabio are true lovers of life. They share a passion for wine, local cuisine, music, travel, and connecting with people from every corner of the globe.
