Brzozowy Wierch is a charming holiday cottage located in the picturesque village of Szlembark, surrounded by mountain nature and tranquility. It is the perfect place for those looking to escape the daily hustle and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Beskids. The cottage offers comfortable conditions for up to 6 people, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, and the garden furniture allows for relaxation in the fresh air. Guests also have access to a grill, perfect for shared evenings with delicious food. Around Brzozowy Wierch, there are many attractions – from hiking and biking trips in the nearby Pieniny National Park, to visiting the Niedzica Castle and the ruins of Czorsztyn, to relaxing in the Bania thermal baths. After a day full of activities, you can warm up by the outdoor fireplace and enjoy the peace of the surrounding nature. On-site, we provide free parking and spacious family rooms, and our cottage is family-friendly. Please inform us in advance of your planned arrival time. Due to the nature of the property, smoking, parties, and pets are prohibited. We invite you to Brzozowy Wierch – a place where nature meets comfort, and each day brings new, unforgettable experiences. In the winter season, please check the weather conditions in our area before your arrival and have chains and appropriate tires, preferably winter ones. Regulations of the Brzozowy Wierch holiday cottage 1. These Regulations specify the conditions under which reservations and rentals of the cottage can be made. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations. At the time of making the reservation, the rental agreement is considered concluded. 2. By making a reservation, the Tenant agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and meeting the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The reserving party has the right to access their personal data and update it. 3. The cost of the stay is determined individually for each client and depends on the length of stay, number of people, date of stay, etc. 4. Only persons registered with us may stay on the premises. An employee or security has the right to enter the cottage/apartment and verify the number of people. 5. The owner reserves the right to take justified action, call the police, and immediately terminate the contract with all consequences without the need to refund the paid fee in the event of disturbing the peace: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, violating the peace or good of neighbors, and not adhering to norms of coexistence between people. 6. On the day of payment for the stay, a refundable deposit of 400 PLN will be collected to cover any damages, etc. 7. There is a complete ban on smoking tobacco in the property. When using the fireplace, please be cautious and do not allow excessive heating. When leaving the cottage, please check that the appliances have been turned off, the fireplace extinguished, and the windows and doors closed. 8. ON THE DAY OF CHECKING OUT, IT IS PROHIBITED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY BEFORE IT HAS BEEN CHECKED BY AN EMPLOYEE/OWNER. Returning the cottage does not exclude the Client's responsibility for hidden damages. 9. The Tenant is obliged to maintain and return the Cottage in its original condition. 10. Current cleaning is the responsibility of our guests; the house is equipped with appropriate cleaning accessories. Cleaning of the house is included in the rental price provided that it is returned in the following standard: – cleaned floors, – washed kitchen dishes, pots, glassware, and other kitchen utensils, wet dishes should be placed on the designated drying rack, – refrigerator emptied of food, – garbage taken out to the bins outside, – kitchen stove cleaned, – the external surroundings of the house cleared of any garbage, – all elements of the house's furnishings (chairs, tables, beds, etc.) are in their places. 11. Inside the rented cottage, we maintain order, so we walk barefoot or in changeable footwear. 12. Pets are not allowed in the cottage. 13. The person making the reservation is fully responsible for the people accompanying them. 14. The Tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of 20% to 40% of the total rental amount. The payment should be sent to the Host's account number (blik, traditional transfer). The account number will be provided in a private message. 15. The remaining amount for the stay is payable on-site in cash. In case of cancellation less than 2 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. 16. In case of loss of keys, the Tenant pays a fee of 50 PLN. 17. The maximum number of Guests in the cottage, regardless of age, is 6 people. 18. Any comments regarding damages or destruction must be reported immediately to the Owner or authorized person. The Owner allows for the possibility of identifying so-called hidden damages, but only in invisible elements. Lack of comments from the Tenant regarding such damages within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Tenant has no objections and all devices and furniture are in the quantity consistent with the equipment list and in good condition. 19. The Tenant is financially responsible for damages that occur in the Cottage during their stay and agrees that any repairs for damages, replenishment of missing equipment, or removal of defects will be carried out at their expense. 20. In the cottage, there is a fire extinguisher in a visible place, which should be used in case of fire, and the Owner or authorized person should be informed immediately about the incident. For unjustified use of the fire extinguisher, the client will be charged 150 PLN and 350 PLN for cleaning the cottage. 21. The Tenant has no right to make any repairs or make any expenditures or changes to the Cottage without the prior written consent of the Owner. The Tenant is obliged to inform the Owner or authorized person immediately about the need for repairs or expenditures. 22. The Owner of the Center or persons designated by them have the right to enter the cottage at any time in case of any failure or threat. 23. Only adults may use the hot tub. 24. In winter, before using the hot tub, Guests should prepare a safe access to the facilities at their own expense. In the immediate vicinity of the hot tub, one should move very carefully, as the surface may be icy. 25. Persons using the hot tub declare full physical and health ability to use such treatments and bear full responsibility for damages, including health consequences arising from reasons not attributable to the property. The Host is not liable. 26. When using the hot tub, the cover should be placed in the designated place. Any damage will result in the Tenant being charged for repair costs. It is strictly forbidden to sit or walk on the cover. 27. The wood in the cottage is intended solely for burning in the fireplace. For grilling, we use wood located outside. 28. Due to the fact that the cottage is surrounded by trees, please be careful when burning in the water heating stove in the hot tub and when lighting the grill. 29. It is prohibited to remove items that constitute equipment from the house. 30. In case of inappropriate weather conditions, the cushions on the garden furniture should be hidden inside. Also, cover the hot tub with the designated cover. 31. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Tourist Services apply. 32. Persons renting the cottage agree to the storage and processing of their personal data for the purpose of providing accommodation services, in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2019 item 1781 as amended).
