Lubaczowka are year-round cottages, located on the picturesque Swan Lake, in the village of Windyki, near Ilawa. Here we have no public transportation, cabs or shopping malls. Instead, you will find beautiful sunrises and sunsets, birds singing, the sounds of nesting wild geese, ducks or grebes. If you are a person who loves nature and close contact with it, if you are looking for a place where you will finally be able to hear the silence, and see the real Mazurian starry sky, you could not have found a better place. There are 5 independent cottages on the premises. Each cottage can comfortably accommodate 8 people. All cottages are located about 50 m from the lake. Cottage 1 - a cottage located on a separate, fenced plot, with a size of 2300 m2. There is a large parking lot 10×14 m (4 cars). On the first floor of the cottage there is an open space (34 m2), where there is a large dining table, designed for 8 people, a large corner sofa bed, a TV, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, cooktop, coffee maker), a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and free toiletries, and a large covered terrace (55 m2) with lounge furniture. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: bedroom 1 - 13m2, double bed, plus a fold-out travel crib for a small child bedroom 2 - 9m2, one double bed bedroom 3 - 9m2, three single beds The cottage also includes a Jacuzzi and a sauna, as well as a large barbecue house (6x6 m) with a fireplace, a suspended grill, a suspended cauldron and a pot, a feasting bench for 21 people. The cottage also has its own 12 m long pier. There are 2 water bikes, 3 bicycles, including one for children, 2 kayaks, SUP and a fishing boat. Cottages 2 and 3 are located on a common, fenced plot (1200 m2). On the first floor of the cottages there is an open space (34 m2), where there is a large dining table, designed for 8 people, a large corner sofa bed, a TV, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, cooktop, coffee maker), a bathroom with shower, washing machine and free toiletries, and a large covered terrace (55 m2) with lounge furniture. If you rest actively, on site, in the price of your stay, you will find a wide range of water sports, such as kayaks, pedal boats, SUP or fishing boat. The surrounding area is also conducive to walking and biking. You can also always take a car to explore the surrounding lakes and villages, and enjoy regional cuisine in one of the restaurants nearby. You can come to us with your pets, we don't charge any extra fees for them. As well as for all the other attractions we provide you with, you have everything included in the price of your stay!
