We invite you to one of the six houses, which are connected by a common area. We were inspired to arrange each one by a different theme of local nature, which is why they are called, in sequence, LASZIZE, LAND, WINDOW, GAJ and CASTLE. We decorated them as for ourselves, then gave them to family and friends with different needs and preferences to test. We believe that based on our own ideas and the comments of our loved ones, we have created a space that is functional, comfortable, and able to meet even high expectations. Each house has 4 bedrooms (with the option of an extra bed), 2 bathrooms with showers, a living room with a dining room, a kitchen equipped like a home, and two terraces. The WIND and GAJ house are additionally equipped with a Finnish sauna. Our complex is located just 400 m from the Lake. The common area is 14 thousand square meters for free time. Two heated pools, a paddling pool and a barbecue gazebo will be a great place to let the kids run wild, sip a colorful drink on a mattress or catch a few rays of sunshine with a book in hand. Right next door, we have planned a playground to delight the little ones and give their parents a break. The square is equipped with a trampoline, tyrolean, mud kitchen and monkey grove. The whole is surrounded by a young but lovingly tended garden. Siemiany is a small town on Lake Jeziorak with excellent sailing infrastructure. It lies at the gates of Warmia and Mazury, 17 km from the rapidly developing Ilawa. It is surrounded by forests and lakes - those with a quiet zone, crystalline and those for water enthusiasts. During the season Siemiany will surprise with the number of attractions - an amphitheater, where concerts and festivals are held, as well as bars, local gastronomy, a harbor. In the off-season they will be a paradise for lovers of silence.
